The stay was very pleasant and as described. The 100€ for the final cleaning was communicated transparently, but it would be fairer to include this amount directly in the total price – then the value for money would be really great.

Claudio and Maria Grazia are excellent hosts, we were made to feel welcome from the start. The home is spotlessly clean and has everything you need to feel right at home. The location is great for a base to travel to nearby Lucca and further afield to Florence, Bologna and so many other areas if you have a car. Equally if you want to have a quiet week by the pool there are a couple of good restaurants nearby within walking distance. It makes for a magical walk home with the way lit by fireflies. We had a wonderful stay here and are looking forward to returning. Thank you to Maria Grazia and Claudio for a wonderful holiday!

Super complete apartment and with a privileged location since it is 100m from the train station and with a supermarket next door, you have everything at hand.

We felt very comfortable at Claudia's from the first moment. She welcomed us openly and courteously and enriched our stay with wonderful tips. For us, it was an oasis with plenty of peace and wonderful sunsets. We would vacation with Claudia again anytime.

This is a lovely property, which is kept in a pristine condition. The gardens are beautifully kept and the swimming pool was perfect for keeping cool in the Tuscan sunshine. The restaurants in Santa Maria Del Giudice are very good and we enjoyed everything about our stay. As a base for visits to various locations in Tuscany, this was a great place to stay.

Valeria is incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home. The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and fully as described. This is by far the best place for a family stay in Pisa – would recommend! :)

We had a great stay, Cristina hosted us very well, she is super nice. Same as the photos, even better. It's peaceful if you want to be quiet and it's not far from the city. I recommend it.

Very nice, well-kept and clean apartment. Well-stocked kitchen and the small breakfast included is appreciated. Very convenient location near the station within walking distance and near a pizzeria that makes very good pizzas and farinata. Overall great stay, we are satisfied.

Roberto was very nice and helpful. His place is lovely and with creative twist. Terrace is amazing! A lot of restaurants araund offering good food. There's no parking next to the apartment, but we parked at Europark 5 minutes away.

The location of the accommodation was very good. 10 min. to LaSpezia and yet very rural. There are many excursion options also to popular destinations such as Pisa and Lucca or to idyllic hiking trails directly in the area. The apartment is very nicely done and is well equipped, with everything you need. Communication with the landlord was always very quick and helpful. In total, we had very nice days at the place.

A-Mare: A Bourgeois Retreat with Breathtaking Views This place is simply enchanting! From the moment we entered, we were captivated by its refined elegance. Greta and Mirca have meticulously curated A-Mare, creating a haven of comfort and style. Every corner - the WC, kitchen, patio, living room, bedroom - is impeccably designed and pristine, exuding a sense of timeless sophistication. But what truly sets this place apart is the breathtaking view of Fezzano port, enjoyed from the comfort of the home. And with amazing restaurants just a short stroll away, indulging in the local cuisine is an absolute delight. Our stay here was truly unforgettable, and we eagerly anticipate our return. We stayed 4 days and it was a great pity to have to leave. The house is beautiful, the garden is beautiful and we also had bicycles supplied. There is everything you need... the kitchen has pots, plates, glasses, induction stove and all the necessary cutlery... the bathrooms are small but complete with everything. The area is well supplied and nearby there is the bar del grillo which at first glance does not seem like much but instead the managers are very kind and make excellent cappuccinos, coffee and sweets for breakfast. By bike you can easily reach Forte dei Marmi and other seaside resorts. By car you can easily reach Lucca and Pisa. The nearby villages are all very beautiful (Pietrasanta, Viareggio..). Highly recommended

This place was pure heaven to us. It is a very beautifully restored old windmill and you can clearly see the love that was put into this place. We stayed here in the first weeks of august, so temperatures were quite high. However, because the house is located in a deep valley there is quite some shade, and for the warmest moment you can cool of in the creek that runs by the house. The surroundings were very lush and green. This was also a great place for our kids to play and explore. The nearby village Castiglione di Garfagnana is a great town to get coffee, have lunch or dinner. Very family oriented, and it feels very much alive with locals coming together in the evening to talk. All in all, we felt very much at home and hope we can comeback soon again!

We just had a wonderful 3-week family stay. Great vacation at Claudio and his wife's. Helpful, welcoming, available hosts... all with discretion. 👍 Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The home and its surroundings make for a very pleasant vacation. The pool and air conditioning throughout the accommodation offers ideal comfort to enjoy the sun without suffering from the heat 😊 The location allows you to visit, by car, many Tuscan sites and enjoy this beautiful region. And Claudio is happy to give good tips, good places to go... so that we can make unforgettable memories 😊 We'll definitely be back. 😃

The hostess is a very warm person. She personally welcomed us upon arrival and showed us everything. She was also very helpful with restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Dear Anna-Lisa and Marcello, we had a fantastic time in your beautiful house, which we would love to recommend. The house has been lovingly renovated, is pleasantly cool and very well equipped. In front of the house is a huge garden where children can have fun. There is also a covered area with a table and chairs. The house is ideally located for all excursions, whether to the beach, to beautiful small villages and of course to the great old town of Lucca. Anna-Lisa gave us great tips in advance for exploring the area. It is worth highlighting the great helpfulness of Anna-Lisa, who was always very easily accessible and helped us with all questions or difficult situations, such as a hospital stay. A big thank you for your great hospitality and your delicious olive oil! Grazie mille! We will be happy to come back :)

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

It has been our second time at this place and it was perfect as always. The property is beautiful as is the cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kata has been very helpful and always responded quickly. We love this area as the Tuscans are super relaxed, very friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful week at Monica's place. The house was lovely and spacious for two people. Monica was incredibly helpful at all times. The views are stunning, and the infinity pool is a delight. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing stay, Monica's place is a treat. The little village of Sillico is very pretty and there are great walks in the vicinity. The house is up a 7 kilometre road so it's important to be aware that the nearest supermarket is 7km away. Overall, an amazing stay with fantastic hosts. We'd love to return. Grazie mille!!

This was a fantastic place with a great view. The host was hospitable more than he even needed to be. I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Upon entering the accommodation we received a very warm welcome in a very soothing environment! The host's son helped us lift our luggage to the cottage. Beautiful apartment, a fantastic terrace with a great view of the mountains! From morning to evening sun. Nice address received from a local restaurant in the village.
