My house is a cottage divided into two units. I live in one, the other is at your disposal. We have recently restored this part just to host travelers. It is a very functional house, with a large kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, microwave and of course a fridge, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small bathroom, a large living room with fireplace. We have a beautiful garden, with a part reserved for you with a table and chairs for eating.

Luxury Designer-House with Rooftop-Terrace

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.

A charming courtyard is visible, featuring a wooden dining table surrounded by black wicker chairs. Stone flooring creates a rustic ambiance, while lush greenery and hanging plants add a touch of nature. A decorative element is present in the background.

Exit the house and walk around the corner you are in front of the majestic yachts docked in front of you and in the background the scenery of the Apuan Alps. Sea and mountain meet in Viareggio, the pearl of Versilia. The house overlooks the shared courtyard with the hosts' home.
