Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Viareggio

We needed to stay for more than one month and this one was a great solution - Grazia and her son helped us with everything. The surrounding is really beatuful, full of outdoor possibilities. We stayed during winter and the heating is carried out using fireplace. I can only recommend!

I recommend this accommodation, if you want to get to know Tuscany in its very essence. The place is beautiful, it has everything nearby! Paolo welcomed us very kindly and was always there for us! A patio with a barbecue that is a breath of fresh air for the afternoons, children and pets! Mattresses and shower that for us is the main thing on long journeys, very good! I would definitely stay here again. I loved it. Thanks and see you next time!

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

This is one place, you don't want to pass up. We have never experienced such charming host and hostess so gracious and kind. We didn't have a car, but they were so kind and drove us to Lucca to tour town and gave recommendations. Scenery is gorgeous and breathtaking as climbed on cobbled stones to the top. Washer was very handy and big spacious rooms. I am a collector of Pinocchio, so you need to get the history at Pinocchio Park. You won't go wrong visiting these special people. Thank you so much.

Very pleasant stay in Luca's beautiful villa! It's not easy to find, but Luca was so kind and picked us up. We didn't have breakfast, but we were always offered fresh coffee. In the living room there is a bar from which you can treat yourself to a good glass. The pool is clean, everything is super well maintained and beautifully furnished...with a lot of love for detail. The restaurants in the small center are a culinary dream! All in all, have a great stay! Thanks!

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. A quiet and peaceful basic space, very nice view, the house is nice, small but functional. Great if you want to spend time relaxing, taking walks, and being in touch with nature. Gianni, who welcomed us, was very kind and helpful. There are other private houses and the outdoor spaces are very close, so you are not totally isolated (so the silence also depends on that!). In our case, we met a group of people in the house next door, there for hiking, with their respective dogs.

Perfect apartment as a pied-à-terre for visiting the 5 lands. Very clean, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Federica gave us instructions to park the car nearby on an unpaid parking street which was very appreciated. Very good communication with Federica and nice little touches upon arrival.

We had a lovely stay at this very well-equipped, clean and wooded villa. The place is perfect and our privacy was respected.

This property is in a stunning setting with beautiful local towns. We really enjoyed our stay after busy city visits. Host offered great hospitality and perfect suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

Lovely house with a great and well-maintained garden. The pool was amazing and it's very child friendly with various levels. Very nice and friendly hosts who always responded quickly if we had any questions.

Extremely positive experience, perfect apartment for two couples with a possible child, the two bedrooms with their own bathroom, are symmetrical with respect to the living room, and each with its own sliding door that isolates the sleeping area with bathroom. Large and comfortable living room, well-furnished. Giada's mother, who checked in, is a person of exquisite kindness and helpfulness. At check-out, I also met the father and realized that thoughtfulness and kindness are a family gift! The apartment is 200 meters from the center of Pietrasanta, a very beautiful town! ...I liked it more than Forte dei Marmi, which is 6 km away.

Valentina's house in Montecarlo is very secluded and very quiet and private. We enjoyed the time. It offers optimal connections to many places in the north of Tuscany and is great to find. The front area around the house is fenced and can be used well with a dog (the gate may be too wide for very small dogs). The back area with the pool is fenced, but dogs get under the fence, as the fence only starts at a height of about 20 cm. There is also an open fenced area from the front to the back. Therefore not ideal for more active dog owners, as you have to keep an eye on the dog. Otherwise it is a wonderful, small, classic Tuscan house and super suitable in the warm spring/summer, as the house also stays nice and cool.

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

In a beautiful and stimulating city like La Spezia, Federica's apartment is a true reflection of the city. The decor is exquisite, without being pretentious. The spaces are spacious, practical and bright. It had everything you needed for daily needs, comfortable beds, clean towels, and tasty touches: Coffee, olive oil, soap, shampoo. In short, it was an experience worthy of the Dolce Vita.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Good location, nice people.

We were very well received, for my company's birthday we also found an excellent bottle of prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is very nice, well-kept and large. From the house, in a few minutes you can reach the port (with beautiful excursions to the Cinque Terre), the station and the center, with many places for aperitifs or restaurants with an excellent price. What else to say, really recommended, and again thank you very much for everything!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Incredible stay. The host and his entire family were so lovely and made the entire experience so peaceful. The location is quite tucked away which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery while the host still drove us to and from the train station whenever we needed making it so easy to get around when we wanted to. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved staying at Nico's apartment, the location was excellent for walking into the city or catching public transport. The apartment was extremely clean and modern. Nico himself was always so helpful, from telling us where the nearest supermarket was,to ordering us taxi's on several occasions. Such a great time in Pisa.
