It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

Bright and charming apartment completely renovated, 50 meters from the sea! It was my personal care, as an architect, to renovate this apartment so that the guest can experience the true spirit of Marina di Pisa, taking care of the furnishings, and all the finishes. The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with large terrace, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

Your apartment is located on the left side of the house and has a private and fenced entrance, a private bathroom with shower, a kitchen with a dining room, and a wonderful bedroom surrounded by greenery. Pedona is a 5-minute walk away and offers 2 grocery stores and 1 restaurant. We have VERY SLOW Wi-Fi, but the "connection" is not our priority 😉

Apartment of about 38 m2 about 600 m from the sea and about 800 m from the International Marble Machinery Fair. The external entrance is shared with the hosts. You enter a well-kept garden and climb a flight of stairs to enter the apartment. Upon entering, we find the functional kitchen. A long corridor where we find a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. Large windows let the sun into the house, and the host will try to be as helpful as possible.

Fully restored, cozy and comfortable apartment 100m from the sea on the promenade of Viareggio, close to fashion shops, restaurants, clubs and a small supermarket. Located within the carnival circuit, so you don't need to buy tickets. 15 min walk from the station. Trains to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and the enchanting Cinque Terre every 30 minutes. Warm in winter and cool in summer. It is accessed by a private entrance through a small garden.
