Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Very nice little cottage about 40 minutes' drive from Rome's city center. 2 lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping on foot is quickly done in the nearby supermarket. Smaller cars can be parked right outside the door with a little luck. Good value for money.

Giacomo was a great host, always available and quick to respond. The location is perfect for those that want quiet and tranquility but easy access to the hustle and bustle of Rome City Center (by metro)…. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home

Short but intense... I stayed 5 nights during the holiday season, a unfortunately short stay but really nice... Verdiana was a kind and helpful host, the apartment is really delicious, clean and has a beautiful panoramic terrace, the house is in the center of the village practically on the main street where you can find shops, excellent restaurants and the beautiful Ariccia fraschette, where you can taste the real typical Roman cuisine, in addition the accommodation is very close to the bus stop that takes you to the nearby villages of the Roman Castles and a few kilometers away there are connections to Anagnina and Roma Termini. I really recommend this accommodation I will be happy to come back if you have to return to Rome

I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The location from the train station is an easy 10 minute walk. Check-in was easy, but we had the neighbor contact Giuseppe and Claudia because we didn't have an active cell phone, but we were able to check-in at 12:30PM and Giuseppe was very hospitable. We took a direct train from Civitavecchia Cruise Port, so no change of train in Rome. We loved staying in Latina Scalo! The small town was fun and convenient for sightseeing in Rome and Naples! We will return in the next few years. Claudia arranged for transportation for us to the airport (FCO) at 5AM, which we really appreciated at a great price! A small Super Market is located 75 meters away. A nice bakery and Cafe across the street. Plenty of small Italian restaurants in the area! Highly recommend this AIRBNB!

Look no further and book this home for your stay in Rome! It’s even better than the photos, and the feeling you get looking at the views from the windows and balcony is indescribable. The Colosseum is a half block away and you can see the top of it from the rooftop patio. The decor was modern yet felt like home, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive. We loved coming back after a long day of walking the city and just relaxing. 10/10!

The cottage in Lanuvio is immersed in the historic center, it is delightful, comfortable and perfect for short stays In particular, Luca is an impeccable host who welcomed us right away, helping us with every little thing, exhaustive and detailed, thoughtful in making our stay as pleasant as possible Highly recommended

Where to even start. If I could give 10 stars I would because they deserve every one. Our second day in Rome we lost our passports, wallet, and a phone in a taxi. Sonia’s mother helped us file a police report, track down the taxi driver, and retrieve our passports the next day all while translating and navigating for us. We were SO grateful for her and Sonia! The place was also very nice and looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, there was AC in the bedroom, and close to the bus to get into Rome. This was our first time in a foreign country and we could not have chosen a better location to stay. I would recommend Sonia’s house every day of the week!

The place was great and so was the host. Everything was beautifully clean, we even had coffee in the room. Danillo was readily responsive to inquiries. However, please note that the accommodation is about 30 kilometers from Rome. It means an hour and a half. Keep a good look at the transportation. We had to take a taxi after midnight because there was nothing. That's the only thing I would point out. But if you get ready in advance, it won't be a problem. The place is beautiful too.

We had a great stay at Stefania’s place. We love how easy it was to find and that it was very close to restaurants, convenient stores, bus stop and pharmacy. It was as described and was very clean. Our group’s stay in Ariccia was unforgettable because of this accommodation.

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. If you are coming to Rome then you won’t go wrong by choosing this apartment. It is exactly as described and the hosts are very helpful, offering to arrange lifts to the airport and there is a comprehensive information pack with lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants/bars. The area itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and there are so many good restaurants literally on the doorstep. You are literally a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and all the attractions. Using the local buses is so easy, just tap the contactless point on the bus and for €1.50 you get 100 minutes to use any of the buses. It was 37c when we were there so it was nice to hop on an air conditioned bus occasionally to get back to the area at the end of the day.
