Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

It was the cleanest Airbnb room I’ve ever stayed. The access was okay but the platform for the train to Frascati was far from the ticket gate at Termini station, so I recommend giving yourself plenty of time before the train departure. In my case I got lost at Termini but the host kindly waited for me until I check in. Thank you so much :)

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Neomi is a wonderful host. She was the friendliest, sweetest and most helpful host we've ever stayed with on Airbnb. She responds immediately to messages and gives good advice. She welcomed us very nicely and helped us carry our things. The house was exactly as described. Everywhere it was sparkling clean and smelled very good. The only downside is that the house is far from the city center of Rome, but you can reach the city center by public transport. The bus station is nearby. I can highly recommend it.

The owner was super precise in giving me directions to the accommodation and then always super helpful for any questions/needs. The apartment was as in the photos, very tidy, clean and with the atmosphere of a home where you can spend a few days relaxing

The hosts are super nice and accommodating, they transported us from the station to the accommodation and also from the accommodation to the airport. They were very nice even with the language barrier.

The stay was great. Communication was very easy and every detail was known before ever stepping foot inside.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

If the location fits the schedule, I would highly recommend it. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. In fact, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in living (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on). But this place was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I've stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits your schedule. The disadvantage is that it's on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

This place was perfect for a brief stop in Rome as part of our larger Italy adventure. Metro truly is close by and we found great restaurants in the area. AC in both rooms was great (and worked great) as in other spots we’ve stayed that’s not been the case.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how you checked in on me and responded quickly when I had trouble with the AC—you came by immediately with your maintenance guy. I felt safe, cared for, and welcomed. You also gave me great birthday dinner recommendations and had a super helpful welcome booklet with curated spots and things to do around Rome. The apartment was exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and perfect for content. Federica's apartment exceeded our expectations—it’s even better than it looks in the pictures! Modern, cozy, and impeccably clean, it was the perfect stay for us as a couple. Federica provided clear and precise instructions, making check-in seamless. The location was ideal for our work needs, and the garage and outdoor space were a great bonus, especially for our little dogs. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. Simone place was very conveniently located to FCO airport. It’s a beautiful apartment with modern furniture, and equipped with every thing you may need for your stay. It’s very spacious, and extremely clean. Simone is a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival, provide us with complimentary breakfast items, and offer us whatever information and help we needed. My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Very nice apartment with everything you need. It's very quiet

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

The apartment was like illustrated in the photos. The host was always ready to reply at every our questions. It was a pleasant stay, I recommend this place due to its position and closeness to one of the most beautiful neighborhood in Rome.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
