Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
