Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in a chalet apartment house is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families suitable up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Very central studio in St. Moritz

Studio apartment completely renovated in 2020, consisting of two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. Apartment in downtown St. Moritz, complete with every comfort, WI-FI and Swisscom TV, large private terrace. Featuring a large indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and fitness area; all completely free. The SPA is accessible from early December to April 21 and from late July to late October. Bus stop: 10 meters Ski lifts: 350 meters Station: 1000 meters

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

A small but cozy apartment in the center of Savognin. A short walk from the ski lifts, the bathing pond and shops and restaurants. A panoramic view of the ski slopes and mountains will make you savour the idea of living in the middle of nature. Suitable for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and diving into the fabulous pond. Ideal for a family or group of friends, do not leave your animal at home, we will be happy to welcome you to the property.

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.
