Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Lenzerheide ski apartment

Everything in this renowned Ski resort is on your doorstep. The apartment is a part of the Schweizerhof Lenzerheide hotel. Walking distance to the Ski bus and all restaurants and shops, cross ski trails, langlauf, snowshoe, winter walking trails and access to the Spa and Swimming Pool/ Jacuzzi/ Sauna. Turkish Hamam and massage treatments are available onsite & fitness classes cost extra. Home away from home, with amazing views of both Scalottas and Rothorn mountains from your apartment.

Studio Deer Lake Lenzerheide

Ideal für Skiferien, das Skigebiet ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar (Ski-in möglich). Die 1.5 Zimmer Wohnung liegt in der Appartementsiedlung "La Riva". Es ist 31m2 gross (+Balkon 5m2) und mit einem Schrankbett und Schlafsofa (1.40m breit) ausgestattet. Ideal für ein Paar mit 1 Kind / max. 2 Kindern. Im Haus befindet sich ein Pool, Fitness- & Ping-Pong Raum sowie 2 Saunas. Zudem gibt es einen Ski-, Skischuh- und Veloraum sowie eine Waschküche und ein Tiefgaragenplatz (max. Höhe 1.90m).

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close. Newly renovated studio for weekends, short or long vacations, mushroom collectors, train lovers.... In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Cozy apartment "Bellavista A"

The apartment is located on a southwest hillside location on the 1st floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony. The nearest bus station (Clavadoiras) can be reached in 5′ and the village center, with shopping facilities such as: Spar, Volg, Beck, butcher, post office, etc., in a 10-minute walk. The apartment has an underground parking space with direct access to the house.

This quiet and centrally located studio with a view of Piz Scalottas is ideal for 2 people and is situated in the heart of Lenzerheide. You can reach everything on foot, and your car can stay parked during your stay :-). Cozy apartment in a great location!

Relax with the whole family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay in Valbella (Lenzerheide). The stop for the sports bus can be reached within a minute. This takes you to the lake, to various ski areas on the Lenzerheide or to go sledding. The grocery store is very close by. The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

Direkt vor Ort ist auch ein hausgemachtes Frühstück buchbar (falls B&B offen). Bei Buchungen für 4-5 Personen kann nebenan ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit KingSize Bett dazugemietet werden (separates Inserat).
