Bredsanden which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, which is secluded and is 200 meters from the house. Possibility to fish in Vänern without a fishing license. (Life jacket for children 2 10-20 kg, 1 20-30 kg available and one for dog about 40 kg) We can leave a fishing license, if you want to fish. Please let us know if this is desired before arrival. The cottage is located 25 min to the center of Jönköping. In Jönköping there are many restaurants, sights and shopping centers (asecs).

Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

Remote cottage close to water with sun all day. 15 sqm plus an outhouse. Terrace, dock, and boat contribute to a cozy outdoor environment. A very nice location to experience Bergslagen. Parking available, bus communication 4km away. Kitchen, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, three beds (sleeps 4), outhouse. The tenant is responsible for cleaning on the day of departure. Bed linen + towels are to be brought by the guest. If you do not want to clean, we charge a fee of 500 SEK.

Kevin's place was a very convenient stay for us who were working over the weekend at Åbymässan. It has everything you need, even a fantastic nature reservoire near the apartment for a morning run. Besides it was very easy to communicate with Kevin and he replied super quickly! This place has so much value for money!!

For us it was a great layover stay, needed to wash some clothes and have a shower before continuing our wildcamping journey. For that it was ideal. Only the location was a bit unexpected. Its a little bit of a rough neighborhood. So just be prepared for that.

From booking, Anders and Maja were friendly and helpful with queries. Both the location and the house itself were lovely. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, seeing deer in the garden and local walks. We had a great meal at the Bryggvingen restaurant, a pleasant 10 minute walk around. Access to Lyr island via hire car and the free ferry (cross every half hour) was easy. A great stay - thank you.

We had a really nice family vacation, the two kids (both seven years old) stayed in the little cottage and loved playing in the huge garden around the house. We took care of the chickens and the cat, who is always looking for the way into the house from the neighboring grandmother and otherwise we had exactly the peace and nature that we wanted.

Newly produced natural villa by the sea

We had the chance to stay at Lisa and Andreas's house for 7 days over New Year's Eve and didn't regret it a minute. Even though we were unfortunately unable to meet the two in person, the communication at all times was great and above all very friendly and helpful. The house itself is beautiful and cozy, especially about the Christmas tree we were very pleased. The house is stylishly furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. There was really nothing missing during our stay. The only small drawback may be that you don't have a bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms (not ready yet) and always have to go to the ground floor, but you can live with it as perfect as the rest of the house is. The surrounding area is very quiet and is perfect for smaller walks in the forest or right on the waterfront. In addition, excursion destinations such as Smögen, Marstrand, Gothenburg or Sundsby Säterie (we loved it) are very easy to reach. Thank you!!!
