You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum on the outskirts of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old Vänern fishing and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Lake Vänern.

Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. The cottage is in a quiet and scenic area 10 km from beautiful Lidköping. Down by the beach, 150 meters from the cottage, there is a public jetty from which you can sunbathe and swim. Right next to the cottage is a forest with nice walking paths, where you can pick berries and mushrooms when the season is in. Outdoor furniture and a grill are available from where you can eat with lake views.
