Berglagsleden route is a well-known hiking route of 280 km right along the house. We overlook a lake where you can enjoy fishing no fishing license needed. Swimming, boating, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, there is a cafe restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by free space in the forest. There are also 2 golf courses in the area. EP charging point available for a fee

The building was built in 2023 where building materials are locally produced, furniture & electronics are recycled to get as small a climate footprint as possible.
