With proximity to Lake Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest house for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on Highway 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

This special place is close to everything, Walking distance. At the same time, you have the car outside the bedroom. The guest rents the entire house with its own entrance and lives there alone. Bedroom with double bed and two beds that fold out of the sofa. Thick bed mattress. Family with more children can contact the host. Guest cleans at check-out. Bed linen is available, but for a 24-hour rental, we expect the guest to bring their own. Otherwise, it costs SEK 100 per bed. Paid directly to the host. Cleaning can be arranged for SEK 400. Do you want to come to the tranquility in the middle of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms as well as a sunroom and terrace. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bicycle. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.
