Vacation rentals with a patio in Upper Swabia

Katharina's apartment is beautifully situated on the mountain. From Ulm, it can be reached in about 20 minutes by bike. However, relatively steep uphill. If you come from a bike tour from the Allgäu or have an e-bike, no problem. You also have the option of getting on the train by bike at any time. From Ulm, this train runs constantly to Kuhberg. The apartment with terrace is very nice and clean. We felt right at home. A Nespresso machine and a water carbonator are available. Great for cyclists. There are two restaurants within walking distance and a strawberry and asparagus farm. The bus stop is easily accessible on foot. From there to Kuhberg and then to Ulm. We met Angelika in person. Thanks for the nice conversation and the many tips. Katharina, thank you so much for this beautiful apartment. There is nothing to complain about. We had a very nice time.

Stephanie's cozy apartment offers plenty of space and is furnished with a lot of love. The Fröhlich family welcomed us very warmly with a small refreshment and provided us with many good tips for hiking. Hochberg is a small town, ideal for people looking for peace and quiet, and a good starting point to discover the region of the Swabian Alb and the Danube Valley on foot or by bike. We will be happy to come back!

Dagmar & Stefan are two super likeable hosts. It was wonderful to stay with you. We felt at home. Check-in super easy, get all the info you need on top of that plus a few cool tips for the area. Always available, responded directly. What more could you ask for ✨ The apartment was super clean and generally luxurious living as we like it. We will not forget the fantastic view of the lake and the beautiful sunsets. If you are very sensitive to noise, it is not very quiet due to the restaurant below & you can also hear the street and ventilation pipes if you have the window open. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ever need in everyday life. Also great with the 2 parking spaces in the garage + elevator. It couldn't be better ✨ very well-kept park right outside the door and the supermarket is also less than 2 minutes away. Just great !

Great accommodations and great host I would recommend it

We booked the accommodation for three nights and were very satisfied with the living ambience, the amenities and the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures in the advertisement and is furnished to a high standard. There is plenty of space for two people. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a bit off the beaten path in the middle of orchards, very ideal for those seeking tranquility. To Friedrichshafen (the nearest place on the lake) you have to ride a bike for about 30 minutes. We took beautiful bike rides every day with our e-bikes. At Lake Constance, there are very nice bike routes and many restaurants and cafes to stop at. Sarah was always within easy reach for us. We thought it was a shame that we couldn't charge our e-bikes outside at the carport. Charging the battery in the apartment was possible, but with permanently integrated batteries, there was no way to charge outside. A bicycle cellar with access to electricity would be ideal.

A beautiful apartment, great location and felt like a haven. Tastefully decorated, quiet even though on a main road, modern with the most perfect reading spot overlooking the park to the lake! Thank you Leonie for this wonderful home you have - we loved our stay!

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking in front of the house was almost always available and if not, it is not bad to switch to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

We felt very comfortable. It is a nice, modern apartment with everything you need. Communication with Philipp also worked great :) The area is beautiful and you can take great trips. Absolute recommendation :)

We stayed with Lisa and Manuel for the second time. The house is beautiful and everything is sparkling clean and tidy. Everything is exactly as advertised and you immediately feel at home. We stayed with our three-year-old daughter and we love the Lake Constance region. We'll be back for sure.

Good amenities in the bathroom, bedroom and living area. A small goodie bag for our dogs, which made us very happy. Also very straightforward was the additional booking for a few nights on the sofa bed. With a toddler, two dogs and two/three adults, it was spacious enough for us. Everything was very clean and maintained. In good weather, the garden and terrace are worth it. Very nice surroundings, lots of paths for walking and nice people. Ulm is easily accessible and has lots of shopping. The communication with Roland was very straightforward, quick and concrete. Check-in and out were also very easy.

Very nice place to stay. Very cozy decor with small and loving details. Everything was clean and looked exactly as shown in the photos. We have applied for a baby crib and highchair in front of it free of charge. Communication was great, fast and nice answers. We would book there again!

Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

We spent two beautiful days in Ulm. Bedroom can be completely darkened, hallway room (with bed) cannot. Kitchen super equipped! And the highlight: the great sun terrace where we sat in the late afternoon until evening. Also well connected to the tram, great!

The small, spontaneous break with Jaques and Anne was very relaxed. Despite booking at short notice, check-in was flexible. The apartment is well equipped, beautiful and quiet location and Jaques and Anne are very friendly. I can recommend it without reservation.

Our stay in Fronreute was a complete success. We liked the apartment very much, and even our very short-term reservation worked smoothly. The communication was excellent – quick, friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We spontaneously decided to go away for a few days in the morning. Fortunately, Claudia and Georg responded very quickly, and we were able to come immediately. The area is great – there are hiking trails, castles, towns and thermal baths close by. The house is very clean, cozy and really has everything you need. Everything is furnished with a lot of love. I could say so many good things, but not everything fits in this text. It was just great – we will be happy to come back!
