The house with approx. 100 m² is very quietly located, offers plenty of space for the whole family on 2 floors, including spacious outdoor facilities with terrace, barbecue area, soccer field, volleyball court, pool and plenty of green space. Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Loft in the country house 360 degrees

The loft in the 360-degree country house has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one overlooks meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other overlooks our swimming pond on meadows and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, a kitchen and a dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with a large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.
