Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Comfortable 60 square meters, right in the middle of Tübingen's old town, and yet very quiet location, with wonderfully sunny free window front to the southeast - you cannot live more individually in Tübingen! Here, on the second floor of one of the oldest houses in Tübingen from the 14th century, there is an elaborately renovated and furnished apartment, 60 square meters, for up to four people. Everything for a successful stay in Tübingen, including a parking space in the nearby parking garage.

This unique place, a former weaver's house from 1791, has a style all its own. It was expanded and prepared with a lot of love for the house and for the guests. A large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom & gallery. It is located in the heart of Aitrach in the Württemberg Allgäu. Close to Lake Constance 80 km, Munich 120 km, Füssen 80 km, Obersdorf 80 km, Allgäu Airport Memmingen 17 km, A96, A7, directly on the Illerradweg Ulm-Obersdorf, skiing, hiking, cycling, Allgäu Alps...

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

This luxurious (built 2018) city apartment entices with its central location comprehensive amenities. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Fantastic apartment with 66m² for rent in the middle of Neu-Ulm an der Donau. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be extended to a 2m x 1m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

My Resilia consists of an old house dating back to 1887 and a top modern residential building. We have set up three bedrooms right there to maintain the safety of the old building. You can really feel the thick, clay plaster and wood. Shielded cables and SAMINA sleep systems allow for optimal sleep. The kitchen is the heart of the home, a sociable space where you can cook for yourself with high-quality equipment.

Family-friendly vacation home

The approx. 70 square meter 3-room apartment is located in the attic of our single-family home. It is accessible via an external staircase. It is located in a very quiet residential area, in a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Tettnang. The city center is about 2.5 km away.
