Our cottage offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping options. On the ground floor is a triple room and the spacious bathroom with toilet, underfloor heating, walk-in shower, bathtub, a heatable towel rack as well as a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there is a separate toilet, 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a round arch leading to the living room. The living room, with access to the balcony, is equipped with a large couch, a cosy sitting area with reading lamp and a TV.

Our house is centrally located but quiet in the beautiful Meersburg. This is a new row row house with a garden. The property is about 240m2. From the house you can walk about 10-15 minutes to the lake, there is the outdoor swimming pool, the spa, sauna as well as a beautiful sunbathing lawn. For walking or jogging like cycling, you can go to the vineyards or to the lake. The house has a parking space. A supermarket such as a bakery is within walking distance within 3-5 minutes, as is a snack bar.
