Welcome to the cozy Engelsstube, a light-flooded loft apartment right on the village square Konstanz-Wollmatingen. The apartment is fully furnished with everything your heart desires, including a private parking space next to the apartment and a cozy wood stove. Easy access to downtown and lake. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket right around the corner. The building is a listed Kehlhof (built in 1594). This was developed in 2007 in accordance with monumental design aspects from a building biological point of view.

Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,60m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Bügelunterlage und -eisen kann auf Anfrage kostenlos ausgeliehen werden.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

Here you can sit high above everything with a magnificent view over the lake to the Alps. Very romantic. It is a great starting point for trips to Konstanz or the beautiful surroundings. Even in autumn and winter! To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. The old town leads either a beautiful long shore path or a direct bus (about 20 min.).
