Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable vacation! We will be happy to come back.

This was a great stay in a little town just outside of Saltzberg. It is an old farmhouse with many authentic items. There was plenty of room for a group of three. All of our needs were met, and our host advised us on a great restaurant for lunch.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is in a beautiful location, had everything we needed and was super clean, well furnished and comfortable. Konstantin also left good instructions that answered any questions we had Thanks again for a great stay!

We truly enjoyed our time at this farmhouse Airbnb! It’s very convenient for touring Salzburg - just 15-20 minutes from parking in the old town. But, once you are here, you feel totally relaxed and amazed at the peaceful farmland that manages to sit so close to the city. We especially loved watching the sheep and goats in the morning before we left for the day. The place itself is beautiful: large, with plenty of space to spread out. The tech was great - nice modern TV and fast Internet. The whole house looks like new inside (or at least newly remodeled). We cooked dinner several nights and the kitchen had nice quality cookware, plates, and utensils - much nicer than usual quality you get in rentals. We also found a ‘starter’ of coffee there for our use and a few coffee machine options, which was great. It was spotlessly clean with nice towels and bed linens. We felt very comfortable in the small cottage. The place is very tasteful and cozy. The terrace with its view is ideal for sitting outside. The host is always making every effort to ensure that guests lack nothing. We had a very nice time with Gerlinde and Rainer and will definitely be back!

This is a very modern and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with a view over a beautiful lake called Fuschlsee. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The apartment had a very high-end coffee maker and other high-end appliances. Our host provided us with a free pass for the Salzburg public transportation system, including a bus which runs to Salzburg city center from a stop very close to the apartment.

There were three of us in the accommodation and we were very satisfied. You have enough space and everything you need. A highlight is the great hostess Gisi and the fantastic view.

I spent 5 days at Marion's place with my mom. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. You can tell that Marion is out of the box. The bed is large and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. And of course the magnificent view! We were warmly welcomed and received many helpful tips for hikers. We will definitely come again!

This bnb was convenient to Salzburg yet also had a secluded and private feel to it. Only a few km from Salzburg, this spacious rental was large enough for my family of 5. The property backed up to a beautiful forest and creek. Bea was a great host, giving local recommendations, clear check in instructions, and responded promptly to any needs we had.

The stay at the Penzkofergut was fantastic! It's a great place to just unwind and have a good time - you have absolutely everything you need. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Tabea’s place. It was the perfect setting for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great views. We enjoyed sitting outside the house in front of the mountain and lake. The apartment itself provided everything we needed. It’s very modern and well decorated. Tabea and team put a lot of thoughts into making their guests feel comfortable and at home. There were fresh flowers in every room, candles and fragrance, and free snacks and drinks. It felt very luxurious and I was surprised given they were charging a very fair price. Tabea also provided a list of recommended places to visit. We went to around 5 of them- very good recommendations indeed! The location of the apartment makes it very easy to get to all the places we wanted to visits. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit this area!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at the Holzknechthütte. The accommodation is rustic and simple and still offers some comfort (warm water for the bathtub outside, small fridge, Wi-Fi, electric stove and wood stove, running cold water in the cottage, kettle, pots and pans, dishes). The location is quiet, surrounded by nature and yet easily accessible: by car via the forest road or on foot from Lunz am See via the beautiful and interesting railway adventure trail (duration about 1.5 hours). On site, the contact person was very accommodating and friendly. In the rain, it is a little cramped in the cottage, but it is well insulated and remained warm even in cool temperatures.

We had two really great days at the cabin! There is everything you need and we immediately felt super comfortable. René personally checked us in and gave us recommendations. The area around it is just perfect for walking and unwinding. :) Our stay was completely relaxed – we will definitely be happy to come back!

It was very nice to stay with Pauline. The place was very cozy, clean and the garden very well maintained. The children, of course, liked the bunk beds very much. The kitchen was very extensively equipped, leaving nothing to be desired, even all kinds of spices are available and may be used. Pauline was a great host and gave us very good tips for excursions in the area. It was a completely successful stay and I'm sure we'll be back.

Super nice idyllic location, cottage very clean and cozy, wood stove, warm water, parking right in front of the cottage possible, host very nice and straightforward. Hiking directly from the hut is possible. We were completely satisfied, highly recommended!

The Hut was very cosy and the night quiet even if the road isn't that far. it's nice to be able to refresh in the Stream nearby + and having a wind fire is always a plus!

We had an amazing stay. Andrea is super nice and very responsive, the house is beautiful and just like on the pictures including a sauna and a hot pot. We will come back for sure.
