Cozy apartment on Mondsee. Distance to the bathing area for optimal relaxation approx. 5 minutes' walk. (about 250 m) The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom. Since we are currently renovating (rebuilding), the balcony and outdoor area are unfortunately not finished yet, but the balcony can still be used. Barbecue and chairs in the garden are freely usable Large parking is free and right in front of the property.

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Zell am Moos with its Irrsee invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village, there are inns, swimming areas with parking, a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a butcher, a newsstand, and a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path into the village, which allows you to leave the car behind.
