Franz & Margaret's Airbnb has everything you could want for a family vacation, plus the communication with both is incredibly pleasant and we don't even need to talk about the fantastic location ;) It was a very nice and relaxing start to the new year for us, which has become so beautiful not least because of your wonderfully managed Airbnb and your great farm. We had a great stay. The accomodation was cleaning and tidy and in a very relaxing space in a rural setting.

Loved the spot. Exactly as described. Sabina was very helpful with any questions we had. A beautiful quiet relaxing large space. And we saw a 2 day old lamb

Business trip brought us to this area again, and we immediately contacted Hannes, given how comfortable and well-catered we were last time. Everything was absolutely perfect again — from the arrangement and communication with Hannes to the superb accommodation. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top-notch stay in the area.

This was one of the best airbnbs I’ve been to. An absolute dream- the sweet sheep in the yard and the views from the windows are incredible. We came for Hallstatt but Obertraun was our absolute favorite. Also the host let us borrow bikes which made our trip even more incredible. The bike paths were stunning. 10/10 stay!

Cozily furnished cabin in an absolutely secluded location in nature, with beautiful views over the hilly landscape to the mountains. The corner bench and table in the kitchen is huge and also the bathroom amazingly large, the shower cabin is very comfortable. But we would still recommend the cabin only for 2 people. The only bedroom is small and the extra bed is narrow and not so comfortable if you don't prefer a hard bed. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable here, we can recommend this place. It was also very clean.

We had a lovely relaxing week. We felt right at home. The house is great and very comfortable. We particularly liked the tranquility and private location. There are many opportunities for excursions and hikes around the area. (Salzburg 50 min, Bad Ischl about 40 min.) For this purpose, the hosts have very extensive information and travel guides in the house. I'd love to come back. Thanks a lot.

We had two really great days at the cabin! There is everything you need and we immediately felt super comfortable. René personally checked us in and gave us recommendations. The area around it is just perfect for walking and unwinding. :) Our stay was completely relaxed – we will definitely be happy to come back!

Looking for a rustic alpine hut, arrived in cold and fog, but then compensated with a breathtaking panorama! A beautiful cottage that invites you from the first moment, super well equipped, a warming stove for cold days, places to linger and dream. Great hikes along the lakes or to the peaks. A dream, a place to return!

Susanne is a great host, indeed a Super host. Very clear and easy communication. Great location, amazing views. Well equipped, squeaky clean apartment. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

Super nice idyllic location, cottage very clean and cozy, wood stove, warm water, parking right in front of the cottage possible, host very nice and straightforward. Hiking directly from the hut is possible. We were completely satisfied, highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week in the chalet and were completely satisfied! The house was very clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. Rosa & Phillip are very friendly and helpful, we felt immediately welcome. The surroundings are fantastic: rural, quiet and ideal for relaxing. Special highlights were the private sauna and the infrared sauna, which provided absolute moments of well-being, as well as the beautiful pool. The proximity to the cows and the farm life up close were also a great experience – especially for our daughter. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!♡

The property was impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and ideally located. Check-in was smooth, with clear and flexible instructions provided by the host. The garden was particularly impressive—beautifully maintained, featuring a variety of animals and fruit-bearing plants. Highly recommended for family vacations.

The stay at the Penzkofergut was fantastic! It's a great place to just unwind and have a good time - you have absolutely everything you need. We will be happy to come back!

I'd love to come to Seehof. Above all, the nature around the farm is simply magical. With the fireplace, which is very special.

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at and Magdalena is one of the best host we’ve had. The house is beautiful and spotless! It was probably the first time we ever wanted to rush home so we can cook at our rental’s kitchen and eat in the patio. We loved the big nice grassy area in front. The bus and train station to the city were a few minutes walk away. Very safe neighborhood. Even though their house was right across the property, it still felt like a private paradise. Magdalena is a very responsive host. She provided our little one with a crib and high chair without us even needing to ask. She, her family, and her family and dog were very sweet. We enjoyed petting Ella (made missing our dog a little bearable) and seeing her sweet little girl play with our baby. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Stunning apartment that was even more amazing than the photos! The only problem was that our stay was too brief to enjoy the flat!

We stayed for 3 nights with 5 adaults and 2 babys. The house was very cozy and as described. Plenty of space, huge garden, peaceful and stunning surrounding. Jakob, the host was very responsive and well organized. A branded baby bed and mattress would have been available (we used our own). We will come back when the little ones can walk, to really make use of the big garden l. Fully recommended.

We had such a lovely weekend at Karl and Ulli house. They were hosting us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. We received so many recommendations and ideas of places to visit. And the rooms were cosy, warm, clean and comfortable. We’ll be happy to visit again Karl and Ulli 😊

The view from the room was amazing, very helpful and supportive host, the place so not match exactly as per the photo's (but the view from the room is extremely amazing, which even the odds here) will surely love to visit again

Excellent experience, very quite and beautiful place - a great spot to relax :-) a 10/10 for people looking out for a relaxing spot with lots of hiking options. Only mishap is a misunderstanding (lost in translation due to language barrier?) as the place advertised having a EV charging spot, while actually the only have a standard electrical socket you can use. No real impact, as we had plenty of battery and there is anyway a charging spot in the village 2 minutes away :-) perhaps just something to make clearer in the description. Thanks again for having us! Quite likely we will come back
