Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem ruhigen Biobauernhof in Alleinlage im Salzburger Land. Ideal zum erholen, entspannen, aber auch perfekt um Radfahren zu gehen oder um mitten in der Natur zu laufen. Mehrere schöne, warme Badeseen liegen zwischen 2km und 7km entfernt. Das Ibm Moor ist ca. 5km entfernt. Das Loft verfügt über eine Küche mit Induktionsfeld, E-Herd sowie Kühlschrank. WC und Dusche sind exklusiv. Die Sauna kann gegen Nutzungsgebühr exklusiv gemietet werden.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

From May 2025, there will be a sauna and hot tub in the garden with wonderful views of the mountains. Deck chairs and seating invite you to linger in the garden.

The residential unit is located on the upper floor of the converted farm building in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are very welcome. Baby bed and high chair are available on request. A parking lot is available directly in the courtyard - free of charge. A lot of excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in clos proximity.
