Vacation rentals with beach access in Upper Austria

It was very comfortable and easy to walk to town and the ferry. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Thomas is a perfectionist, the place is pristine, equipped down to balsamico in the kitchen. TWO keys in the key safe, just in case. I appreciated the attention to detail, makes one relax

Travelling with our two adult daughters Andreas’s flat was perfect. His lovely wife popped over to welcome us. There were homely touches like fresh meadow flowers on the table & drinks in the fridge. We had a great 4 days exploring a beautiful area despite the damp weather. The flat is warm, beds were comfortable & we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful garden & the very convenient location for exploring the area on foot. One thing we were unaware of was that many of the local establishments would prefer payment in Euro cash rather than card (some were cash only) & ATM charges are high so make sure you take € with you. We would love to return again one day & explore further

Great place to stay in stunning surroundings! We arrived late, but found everything without any problems and were able to check in easily. You feel right at home, surrounded by a very friendly and family atmosphere. Andreas is super helpful and takes care of every query:) As for the location, the accommodation could not be better located, the hiking trails start right outside the front door, whether along the water or high up in the mountains, great for nature lovers! We felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come back:)

The location was great easy walk to the main square. Apartment is just as listed would stay again .

It was a very heartwarming stay with a great view. The hosts were very helpful at all times and super nice. All in all recommendable!

The house is very comfortable, but more importantly provides a genuine Austrian experience. The interior and furniture is comfortable and authentic. it is situated directly on the lake walk. we enjoyed seeing cows outside the window, and snow capped mountains. This is an area of Austria you should not miss!

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

Manfred is the most friendly and welcoming host. His house is a beautiful, traditional Austrian house with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our family (including grandparents and small children) enjoyed their stay.

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We have been very lucky. We loved Claudia and Claudia's apartment. It was perfect for us. Warm, cosy and with everything we needed. The village of Fuschl and the lake are delightful and well placed for trips around. Her recommendation to use the bus for Salzburg was a good idea. There is a bakery and a grocer just a few steps away. We can't wait to go back.

The apartment was very nicely and lovingly furnished and pleasantly cool even in hot temperatures. Communication and check-in and check-out were super straightforward.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed and had an amazing outdoor space to relax and enjoy views of the lake. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. The accommodation is greatly located. The garden is amazing and access to the lake is the best part. The apartment itself is not modern or somehow designed but it has everything you might need for a short stay. Markus and his parents were really nice and the communication was easy :) I recommend it!
