Vacation rentals with a patio in Upper Austria

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The apartment is quiet and very nicely located. Everything you need is there, very clean, beautifully bright, very large and the 2 large balconies were really nice. Renate was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. You like to go on vacation here.

Very nice stay with excellent communication and help from the hosts. Very clean and well equipped home. Quiet, private neighborhood. Mostly walkable but need to know that the restaurants or stores are 15-20 minute walks and you will be walking up hill to return to the house. If you drive to the home it has good parking available next to the home. We are an active family and chose to walk everywhere so the home was great for us. We also chose to eat at home so we found the kitchen perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a very nice weekend at Sonja and David's place. The place is lovingly decorated and offers plenty of space. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped. I'd love to come back :)

David’s place is amazing. It has a terrace to a beautiful view. The apartment is spacious, clean and private. It has everything we need for staying. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

I spent 5 days at Marion's place with my mom. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. You can tell that Marion is out of the box. The bed is large and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. And of course the magnificent view! We were warmly welcomed and received many helpful tips for hikers. We will definitely come again!

My son and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, very nicely appointed and in brand new condition. It's an easy walk from the train station and to the town center. We appreciated getting away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg in the evening to this special place. I wish we could have spent more time exploring this quaint town! The host was very easy to communicate with, prompt, and provided great local suggestions. The backyard is a great place to relax too! Highly recommend Premium Apartments. Our stay was very pleasant. We were lucky with the weather and could have breakfast in the garden every day, sit in the sun and read. The garden is beautiful! The apartment has everything you need, quietly located and yet you can walk to the city center in a few minutes.

Very nice house in a quiet location with top amenities. We felt right at home. The east and west terraces offer seating for any time of day.

Very nice and warm host. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. Likewise, making contact and communication. Lovely, clean and cozy place to stay Very high-quality furnishings. The view from the balcony of meadows, mountains and forest is simply beautiful. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Attractions such as the lakes or Salzburg are super accessible from here. We will be happy to come back.

All in all, a great place to stay and Marion is very friendly and accommodating.

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. We spent three nights at Viktor's place. The view is amazing and the place is really comfortable, has everything you need to feel at home! The house, as mentioned in the description, is only partially fenced, so some precautions are needed with the dog, but it's not a big problem as the house is quite isolated, the last one on the road. Our dog really enjoyed jumping around on the hills :) Thanks for everything, Viktor!

I really enjoyed my stay at Maximilian’s place! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring really easy. The apartment is very cozy, spacious, and spotless clean. One of the highlights is definitely the balcony, the view of the beautiful river and the snowy mountains in the distance is stunning. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Bad Ischl!

The place was superb, all the furnishings were top class and the attention to detail was lovely. Bea was a superb host. This is a place we would use again when we come to Salzburg.

Even though the accommodation is a little bit dark we didn't feel uncomfortable. There is more than enough space, you got everything you need (even for more than just a few days) and everything was so clean. You can watch some birds right infront of the house. The neighbours were also really friendly and gave us some time recommendations. Thank you!

Diana is a very friendly and helpful host who responds promptly to questions. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, so we felt very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, directly opposite the valley station of the cable car and with views of the valley downhill. With the gondola, you can get to the Dachstein West ski area very quickly. The apartment also includes a heated compartment in the ski depot. A general store where you can get fresh rolls and the most necessary everyday items is within walking distance. There are also a few restaurants in the village. We enjoyed the days in Rußbach very much and would come back anytime.

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything.
