Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Unken

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

We had a very nice stay. The tiny house is comfortably furnished and very clean. Everything was super equipped, so that even for cooking the most important utensils were there. The communication was also great and our questions were answered quickly. Glad to come back!

The small idyll was a bit tight for 4 adults, but you can also call it simply muggy and cozy. The noise of the highway is so subtle that you don't even notice it. And so you get a really cute cottage everywhere peppered with little touches. This is still a real AirBnB where you feel welcome and where the owners have thought about. The quaint style is positively deceptive, because the house is above average equipped with charging stations, kitchen technology and co. However, I would treat the house to one more door that separates the sleeping areas from each other. Thank you for the uncomplicated hospitality It was really nice to stay with you.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this beautiful home in Austria! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location was peaceful. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Our stay at Uli's was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various guidebooks in the room. Uli was very friendly and immediately made us feel at home. Always happy to come back and thank you so much for the great time. Clear referral.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We had a lovely time at Carmen's home It's easy to get the bus to city center which is just 10m ride away.

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and the communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

Spacious and cozy structure, well maintained and with all the necessary comforts

We stayed with Heidi a week ago and had a great stay. The apartment is quietly located, super and stylishly furnished, clean and has everything you need with children. The surroundings are fantastic. The children especially liked the in-house chickens and rabbits. :) Heidi is wonderful in communication and a great host. On the next way to Italy, we will be happy to stop at Heidi's again. Great place to spend afew nights on a ski trip

The apartment is beautiful, super modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It was very clean and it has everything you need! Communication was easy and fast and all questions were answered quickly and in a friendly manner. We will be happy to come back!

Nice apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Specify where to dispose of the glass.

We felt super comfortable with Claudia. She was very thoughtful and kind. The apartment is lovingly, modernly decorated and had everything you need. We lacked nothing. The accommodation has a quiet location, but is still centrally located to explore other places. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

This Airbnb was wonderful for my friends and I! Very clean, and easy walk to restaurants and bus station. Would definitely stay here again. I also felt very safe here as a female traveler. Holger was very good at communicating and helped us with many things. He was a very attentive host and great at communication. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
