My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

Good value in a quaint cabin. A little tricky without a car, but doable. There is a public shuttle stop nearby that goes into town and back five times a day, so if you plan it out, you can easily get back and forth. We especially loved riding the shuttle at 6:25 am when it is also the school bus! We did miss it once and walked up from town. A steep climb but doable. It is the Alps after all. The sauna was wonderful. Don’t leave the windows open. There are no screens, and in June, the house filled up with flies. It’s the country after all. Great access to hiking without needing a car. Maybe not quite as private as we hoped since it’s attached to a garage, but overall very good.
