The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The climbing forest and the Flyline at Unternberg also offer adventure. Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are approx. 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive. Ruhpolding is also the perfect base for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a single-family house and is accessible via an external staircase. It is quiet, in mint condition, stylishly furnished and has a large terrace. Behind the house is a bus stop, with hourly connections to Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. A grocery store, a public outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, the Saalach and various hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The alpine hut offers a fantastic accommodation in the Salzburg Pinzgau, nestled and surrounded by 🏔 mountains, meadows and forests, the hut🌲 stands alone at about 1000 m. The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is included. From here you can enjoy many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and numerous excursions with family or friends. We have something for every outdoor fan, see for yourself!

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

In the middle of the mountains, far away from street noise, we offer a cozy room with a bathroom and toilet. From here you can start great hikes and mountain tours. Quiet, relaxing location. Our rose room with balcony and cozy seating also offers a mini fridge, coffee maker, coffee powder, tea bags, kettle, dishes for 2 people for breakfast. The room is equipped with the essentials to prepare a small snack or breakfast.

The apartment with approx. 60 m² is located on the 2nd floor above 3 garages and was newly renovated in 2022/23. In the Salzburg Saalach Valley, you will experience nature in its most beautiful and varied form, such as in the certified hiking village of Unken.
