Villa vacation rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

Vanaf het eerste contact was Clod heel enthousiast en hulpvaardig. Bij aankomst kregen we een mooie en uitgebreide introductie over het huis en alles wat in de omgeving te doen is. Het dichtstbijzijnde plaatsje Suvereto is beeldschoon en op 5 minuten afstand en zeker gaan bezoeken! Baratti beach was ook zijn advies en is werkelijk top! We hebben Kira gelukkig ook ontmoet, geweldige vrouw. Al met al een fantastisch verblijf en we zouden zeker terugkomen. Dank Clod en Kira voor de geweldige 4 dagen!

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

Die perfekte Villa für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und die traumhafte Lage der Villa während des gesamten Aufenthaltes genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Laura hat hervorragend funktioniert, sie war stets sofort erreichbar und hat direkt auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Graziella war ebenfalls hervorragend. Ich kann dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen und wenn es sich ergibt, werden wir definitiv wiederkommen. Es war einfach so schön.

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

Et perfekt sted for en lille eller større familie. Der er masser af plads i huset som er flot og nyindrettet. Aircondition i alle rum, hvilket vi dog ikke benyttede. Kun lidt i soveværelset. Huset hører en slægtsgård hvor alt omkring bliver passer og plejet af ejeren. Han kommer selv hver dag og arbejder på gården og har den søde hund Lina med. Vi fik flere hvor hyggelige samtaler og fremvisning af gårdens dyr. Katte, hund, kaniner, høns og gæs samt fremvisning af de smukke avlsmarker med vin og oliven. Vi gik flere aftenture igennem markerne og nød den toscanske idyl. Poolen er virkelig lækker! Stedet kan varmt anbefales.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Bacci! Das Haus und vor allem der phänomenale Ausblick sind einzigartig. Ein Ort an dem man sehr gut abschalten und Zeit mit Freunden und Familie verbringen kann. Der Pool macht das Haus nochmal toller. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war traumhaft schön in der Unterkunft. Das Haus, die Lage, die kleine Bucht was ganz Spezielles eine Oase, ein kleines Paradies. Wir fanden es super dass man nur zu Fuss hinkommt. Wir mögen dies. Die Aussendusche liebten wir. Man kommt überall auf der Insel schnell hin. Braucht aber auch gar nicht weg zu gehen. Kleine Wanderungen fanden wir auch super. Dahin in das wndervolle Haus & Ort kommen wir gerne wieder einmal zurück. Vielen Dank an Philippe

The views and location are out of this world. It was much better than the photos! The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate two small families. We loved that you can take a nice hike to a private beach. Has three patios and a very nice outdoor spot for having meals. We had a couple a small challenge with hot water but the host were super responsive. It takes nothing from the experience, but the house lacked a couple of essentials you would may need (shampoo, coffee, etc). Make sure to shop for everything on your way down from. Portoferraio. Still a 5 stars !!!!

Hallo Marco, danke, dass wir in deiner Unterkunft eine wunderschöne Woche verbringen durften. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bilder ersichtlich. Sie verfügt über mehrere schöne Aussensitzgelegenheiten und ist von Olivenbäumen und Rebberge umgeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

La villetta in cui abbiamo soggiornato era estremamente confortevole, ben attrezzata e pulita. Dotata di un'ampia zona giorno e una zona esterna ideale per noi che avevamo due bambini che potevano giocare liberamente nel cortile e nel giardino. Inoltre poter pranzare all'esterno sotto un ampio porticato era veramente una condizione ottimale. Il posto auto all'interno della proprietà, la vicinanza al mare e al centro con i suoi servizi ( supermercato, farmacia, pizzeria, ...) hanno reso la nostra vacanza perfetta. Il sig. Alessandro è stato un host attento, estremamente cortese e disponibile.

Lovely location, remote but exactly why we chose it. Idyllic surroundinga and lots of amazing places to visit an hours drive in every direction, some less. Place was exactly what we hoped.

היתה שהייה מצויינת. הצוות היה תגובתי ומסור. המגום משגע והוילה איכותית בהחלט! יש מקום למעט התאמות למשפחות עם ילדים, אבל היתה שהייה מעולה וקיבלנו כל מה שרצינו ואף מעבר.

Wir waren als Familie mit 10 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund in diesem besonderem Haus. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer inklusive Badezimmer. Das Haus ist genauso besonders wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich , geräumig und perfekt um gemeinsam, Privat und Ruhig zusammen sein zu können. Die Küche ist großzügig Ausgestattet. 3 Autos können Problemlos im Hof parken. Der Ausblick von den Terrassen ist ein Traum! Es ist komplett umzäunt was toll für unsere Hündin war um herum zu laufen und liegt nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von einem schönen Sand Strand mit Felsen entfernt. Porto Azzuro ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und war für Einkäufe und Restaurant Besuche unser Lieblings Städtchen. Nadia hat uns herzlich am Haus empfangen. Sie spricht leider kein Englisch aber das war irgendwie gar kein Problem- Sie ist eine sehr Freundliche Person!

The terrace and view are truly magnificent. The house is lovely, featuring a main floor with a living room, an open kitchen, a toilet, and a small bedroom for one person. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms (one of which is a small room for one person), a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. Only two of the second-floor bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, there is a laundry room and a separate garage. We didn’t use the garage, as street parking is usually available. The garage opens onto a busy street, making parking challenging, and the garage access involves climbing a spiral staircase, which is not ideal for carrying luggage or shopping. The beach is about a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. The place is beautiful, the host is very responsive, and I highly recommend it.

I was initially hesitant to book this property because there were no prior reviews. I decided to take a chance and I’m very happy I did. The renovated home was very nicely appointed with new linens and cheerful decor. There was a large smart TV and routers throughout the home so there was a strong Wi-Fi signal on each level. The bathrooms and showers were all large, unlike most European bathrooms. The front garden and back patio provided great outdoor relaxing space and we had secure covered parking for the car. The highlight of the property was the amazing sea view from every level of the home. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the nearby tunnel which provides easy access to the city center/port. Federico, Isabella and Lorenzo were all very communicative, helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this fabulous home.

Casa stupenda, circondata da verde privato che offre tutta la privacy necessaria. Disposta su piu livelli con 3 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni che contornano l'indipendenza di tutti gli ospiti. La terrazza del soggiorno dove pranzavamo o cenavamo, offre una vista mozzafiato che raccoglie la bellezza del porto con tutti i colori dell'isola. La mattina facevamo colazione nel patio della cucina immersi nel giardino della villa. Un inizio di giornata da provare assolutamente. Le prime spiaggia si raggiungono in 5 minuti a piedi da una strada praticamente privata che arriva direttamente al porto. Un modo utilissimo per dimenticarsi della macchina. Nel pomeriggio tornati dal mare o dalla barca, ci rilassiamo giocando in piscina guardando il mare. Wow! I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo! Ottimi proprietari di casa che sono sempre stati disponibili e super reattivi. Se tornassimo sull'isola, torneremo sicuramente qui. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Traumhafte Lage mitten in einem Olivenhain, sehr ruhig, keine Nachbarn. Im Haus und Grundstück gibt es viel zu entdecken. Da das Haus ca. 3 km außerhalb liegt, sollte man mobil sein. Die Gastgeber reagierten immer sehr schnell.

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

We loved staying at Francesco’s place. It is so close to all the fantastic wineries and restaurants, and such a lovely house and surroundings. Francesco gave us many wonderful recommendations prior to our arrival and we were able to make some bookings. We also enjoyed how quiet it is as it overlooks a vineyard. The living area is wonderful and we were very sorry to leave. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a trip to the area.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Laura’s place was just amazing. Even better than the photos show. Everyone was so helpful and Boris was great with the check in and suggesting places to visit such as beaches and restaurants. The town is is easy walking distance and a lovely walk down in the evening for dinners along quiet paths. We visited with another family and it was the perfect spot. The views are incredible, the garden and pool are beautiful and the house had everything we needed including an extra garden room which was great to give a bit more space for both families. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back in the future. Thank you so much Laura.
