Its 20 minutes drive to the sea,1 hour to Siena, 2 hours to Rome and Florence, 5 minutes to Caldana city Center where you have all amenities (groceries, bank, Postoffice,3 restaurants..) You will find a lot of activities like horseriding,excursions of history and plants,winetasting and kilometers of wonderfull beaches, watch the birds and wild animals.

My room is located in an area adjacent to the historic center (about a 15-minute walk), 1.5 km from Porta Ovile and about 2 km from the train station. The entrance is independent and the bathroom is for the exclusive use of guests; inside a condominium courtyard, private parking for one car. A 5-minute walk to the San Francesco ski lift to easily reach the city center. The quiet and reserved location is easily accessible by car.
