My partner and I had a great time at the B&B "La Casa dei Sogni". Claudio's impeccable hospitality, who in addition to giving us advice about our trip also told us interesting facts about Monteverdi and the surrounding area. The apartment has all the comforts and needs to make it a comfortable base from which to explore the wonders of the surrounding area with calm and tranquility. Finally beautiful balcony view, real gem!

We stated here to celebrate my 30th birthday and to round off our road trip for our honeymoon. We wish we had booked longer here, it was my favourite place I've stayed. Luca, gave us a warm welcome and ensured we had everything we needed and even booked us a restaurant for the evening. He also helped us to naviagte up the narrow road to reach the parking (if hiring a car id reccomend no wider than a VW Golf which we drove up fine). The views were unreal, especially from the roof, and the pool was clean and chic, and set in the olive groves! To add to all this, the bed was so comfy and the breakfast was so yummy :) We will return here someday to stay longer and enjoy more :)

I extended my stay in this wonderful apartment because it was such a fantastic base and wonderful apartment. The furnishing and fitting are high quality and this is a very pleasing space to the eye and to a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Anna went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. I was most grateful for her extraordinary hospitality.

Perfect place to stay if you go to Elba by boat! Small but cozy apartment within walking distance of the city center and 5 minutes from the harbor! Highly recommended!

Perfect stay. We stayed two nights and were sorry not to stay longer, especially for the hospitality and kindness of Marzia and her husband Arturo. Really helpful people in everything: for any need or necessity, they never hesitated to help us. Very clean and fragrant accommodation, located in a quiet area with a large and clean pool. The free beach is practically a 3-minute drive away. I highly recommend this B&B for those who want to stay and breathe in the tranquility. We'll definitely be back!!

We only stayed for one night but we were warmly greeted by Laura and her husband. Forwards, we had the pleasure of tasting the delicacies of Maremma cuisine in their trattoria "Locanda da Nada", good breakfast served in their living room with a niceview of the typically Tuscan countryside. We will gladly return

I had a very pleasant stay, despite the relatively spontaneous booking everything went great, my check-in was arranged very courteously! The suite was just as shown in the pictures, very comfortable and beautiful. The view from the window into Tuscany is breathtaking. In the outdoor area, you can sunbathe or swim in the pool with a view of Tuscany. The breakfast was also very generous and good. I regretted my short stay when I left and would come back anytime.

Words cannot describe how serene this place is. I was expecting a setting within an olive grove which it was but also had the joy of being within a vineyard too. Which I wasn’t expecting! We had an amazing time sitting on the balcony, drinking wine, watching the sunset. Great assorted wine for purchase from IIario. The host was gracious even with our language barrier. Her smile and laugh was contagious and made us feel welcome. Less than 3 minutes had a fabulous meal at a local restaurant. Only regret is not staying longer than one night. Highly recommend to anyone looking to fully relax.

Valid location, on the edge of the Walls of Volterra. Despite the heat, the property allows you to relax in the cool of the beautiful cloister of the convent and in the garden, with hydromadays, just inaugurated. A small inconvenience, resolved in an excellent way, demonstrates the professionalism and responsiveness of the structure. Highly recommended !

Great place to stay, mega delicious breakfast, nice host. Also booked it for a private snorkeling trip, he knows the best spots on the island. Great vacation, happy to come again!

We had to rebook our place at short notice and came to this great Airbnb. We were able to move into the spacious and modern room easily the same day. The hosts were extremely friendly and gave us good tips for the area. Although the place is very close to the center, you still had a very quiet and private location. The breakfast was rounded off a lot of love and sometimes homemade cakes. We can only recommend this AirBnb to anyone 5/5 stars 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Rita and Andrea are lovely hosts. It was a pleasure to spend time with them. The accommodations are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast served in the morning consisted of homemade cakes, yogurt, fruit and coffee.

Everything was great! Benedetta was super kind, helpful and replied fast to messages. Her place was super clean and beautiful. The garden especially was so beautiful to sit and enjoy in. The breakfast was perfect and the room itself very clean and everything functioned well. Thank you! 🥰

Roberta and Luca were great hosts, friendly and always ready to chat. The listing is exactly as described. They also allowed me to park the bike in a fenced area on the property. Excellent breakfast with homemade products, delicious cookies. Good location to stay when you arrive in Portoferraio and want to tour the island.

We were in Cecina for a few days and had a good time at Benedetta's. We spontaneously arrived earlier and were then allowed to check in with self check-in - it was no problem at all. All the rooms were very clean and everything was furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and we got great tips on what we could do (even without a car). The other guests were also really nice. Thanks for the stay!!

From the very first moment, we were greeted with great warmth and helpfulness by Barbara and her husband, two exquisite people who made us feel immediately at home. Barbara is an attentive, kind hostess and always ready to advise you in the best possible way, both with regard to activities in the surrounding area and for any need within the property. The B&B is immersed in a context of absolute tranquility: peace, silence and nature are the key words of this corner of paradise. Every moment spent there was a real cure-all for the body and mind, ideal for getting away from the routine and completely regenerating. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only a well-kept, relaxing and comfortable accommodation

Selene is friendly and responsive and her place is very cozy. The outdoor patio and terrace were lovely. It is convenient to have a large grocery store and bus station nearby (we often took the bus to other towns on the island). I recommend this place!
