The accommodation is an open space of about 80 square meters where there is a very spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a sleeping area with TV and fireplace; it overlooks a spacious veranda that can be used as a dining area and relaxation area. Guests have access to the garden and swimming pool, both for exclusive use. There are no other guests on the property.

Casa Oliva was born in the summer of 2021 from the renovation of the apartment on the first floor of a large family house - mine! - which was divided into 2. This is the smallest apartment and is designed as a single airy environment. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the confusion of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.
