Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, inside the natural park of the Pavone stream, is the ancient rural residence Pian di Cava. The house has three independent apartments, the Green House, the Red House and the Blue House. Pian di Cava is an excellent base for cultural, food and wine tours, and for spending days of complete relaxation. The farm is carbon free and allows electric vehicles to be charged The Green House is located on the ground floor, and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

In the ancient rural complex of Caggio, “Il vecchio noce” offers a fully renovated apartment that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The complex is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, on the Sienese Montagnola, near the medieval village of Monteriggioni and the Via Francigena route.
