Il posto è stupendo, una tenuta coltivata nella campagna toscana, a pochi minuti dal mare e dalla collina, ulivi e vigne a perdita d'occhio (le terre del Bolgheri). La casa è ombreggiata da melograni e nella sua semplicità è veramente confortevole; Giulio è un host perfetto, sempre presente per un consiglio o un aiuto se necessario. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön inmitten der Landschaft gelegen, das Meer erreicht mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten. Enrico gibt bei der Ankunft viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht.

We’ve had a lovely week at Podere Grignano, a haven of peace, tranquility and greenery. It’s isolated, but that’s why we chose the location. The last kilometre of the road is quite rough. Just go slow! You can shop at Volterra, 35 minutes away. No osterias or trattorias nearby. But Podere has excellent cooking facilities so we had a wonderful time preparing and consuming the local produce and wine. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, bathroom modern and water is hot. Stefano and Roberta are lovely hosts, discrete but helpful- and the owner, Marco, gives you detailed instructions on how to find Podere. The attached cottage is BEAUTIFUL, just as the pictures show. It was spotlessly clean, had lots of little extras: Stefano gave us a bottle of their magnificent olive oil. We spent the week visiting numerous hilltop towns (including San Gimignano, but seriously, there are tiny gems that avoid the tourist hordes.) Love the views, love the accommodation, love the countryside. Come here…

Beautiful rustic stay in the heart of Tuscany. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. The farm at night with the fireflies lighting up the bushes and nightingale singing in the trees was absolutely enchanting.

Wonderful stay at an authentic Tuscan farmhouse! We found exactly what we were looking for: a classic old farmhouse that perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Tuscany. The spacious garden and peaceful surroundings allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail – perfect for winding down after a long day. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Communication with David was excellent and straightforward. Hopefully, this won't be our last stay here!

Tolles Häuschen, liegt ruhig in der Natur. Zum Einkaufen und zum Meer mit dem Auto ca. 15-20 Minuten. Paola und ihr Kollege Paolo sind sehr hilfsbereit.

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

Vores ophold i Julias hus, var intet mindre end fantastisk! Julia var en meget gæstfri og hjælpsom vært. Både i kommunikationen inden vi kom og undervejs i vores ophold. Huset ligger fantastik smukt, og fra terrassen havde vi den skønneste udsigt over Toscanas smukke landskab. Her var det skønneste liv af cikader, kvækkende frøer og smukke ildfluer. Huset er meget charmerende. 2 skønne soveværelser med hvert sit badeværelse og en helt unik seng. Så god at vi må anskaffe os en magen til herhjemme. Køkkenet var virkelig godt udstyret og havde alt hvad vi havde brug for. Julia var så sød at låne mig en blender mens vi var der. 1000 tak Julia for at være med til at gøre vores ferie så vellykket og dejlig. Vi vil med stor glæde gerne vende tilbage igen

Un havre de paix tenu par deux sœurs incroyables. Vous serez accueillis merveilleusement bien, vous partagerez de beaux moments avec les propriétaires autour de produits de la région. Lucia et Michelle sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes et le logement correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Merci encore pour ce doux séjour loin de tout ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

We had a great time at Alberto’s place. It was serene, peaceful and just what we needed for our long weekend getaway with our toddler and dog. The place was easy to find on the map and Alberto was very accommodating, responding ever so quickly. We would have stayed longer as we found it so peaceful in the nature and with the big garden, it was perfect for our dog and toddler to play and roam. Would highly recommend this place!

Wij verbleven met 4 personen dit prachtige huis in de heuvels van toscane. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door Emma, zij sprak zeer goed engels en gaf ons een rondleiding door het huis en over het landgoed naar het mooie grote zwembad. Het is een gedeeld zwembad en het is een klein stukje lopen maar het is zeker de moeite waard. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien het is ruim, schoon, netjes en de tuin is prachtig. Bij aankomst stond er zelfs een lekker flesje rodewijn klaar! Top ervaring en ik kan dit huis zeker aanraden.

Die Wohnung und der Garten sind fantastisch und stimmt mit der Beschreibung und den Fotos überein. Wir wurden von Elena freundlich und herzlich empfangen und sie war für uns da, falls wir sie mal brauchten. Sie ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Der Garten ist ein echter Traum zum Verweilen, bequeme Stühle hat es auch um ein Buch im Garten zu lesen. Das Haus ist auf einem kleinen Hügel und es ist daher super ruhig, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Der Besuch der Katzen erfreute uns jeden Tag aufs Neue. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Das WLAN funktioniert gut im Wohnraum. Im Schlafzimmer und im Garten hatten wir jedoch keinen Empfang. Wegen den dicken Mauern, welche im Sommer sicher helfen das Haus kühl zu halten, war unser Mobile-Empfang im Haus schlecht. Das spricht für das Haus und hat nichts mit Elena zu tun. Im Garten hatten wir 5G. Es ist ein guter Moment für ein wenig Online-Detox. Danke für alles ELENA!

Wir durften ein paar wundervolle Tage auf dem Bauernhof von Pietro verbringen und was sollen wir sagen: Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Der Hof bietet alles, was man braucht, um als Familie zur Ruhe zu kommen, durchzuatmen und einfach das Leben zu genießen. Die Zeit scheint dort stillzustehen – fernab vom Alltag, erfüllt von Natur, Ruhe und Herzlichkeit. Während wir die Idylle genießen durften, war Pietro stets mit vollem Einsatz dabei, alles am Laufen zu halten, unaufdringlich, freundlich und mit einem echten Herz für seinen Hof. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich und mit einem ganz eigenen Charakter – ein Ort, der nicht perfekt sein muss, um perfekt zu sein. Kleine Ecken, die vielleicht „neu“ sein könnten, tragen genau zu dem bei, was diesen Ort so besonders macht: Er hat Seele. Und das spürt man! In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Strände, tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Pietro danke, dass du dein zuhause mit uns geteilt hast!

We stayed ar Romina's and Riccardo with a couple of friends. We enjoyed our lovely apartment and beautiful peaceful property surrounded by olive trees and herbs. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, especially since airline lost one of our friends' luggage. Romina helped us communicate with DHL and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered. Riccardo gladly explained the kind of plants they were growing and harvesting for essential oils. We enjoyed the company of Luna the cat who came visit but was politely staying outside. Wildlife is abundant and nature unspoiled - truly a magical place! The area is quite remote so it may not be convenient to everyone. The closest little town is Casole d'Elsa where you can find 2-3 restaurants and a pharmacy, larger supermarkets are within 20min drive. It's a great starting point to visit Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra. The apartment is well equipped with small stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Highly recommend!

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus, wir waren mit den Kindern dort - eine klare Empfehlung! Hauseigener Spielplatz, Spielküche Pool, mehr braucht kein Kind für eine Woche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Ort Montescudiao unweit der Liegenschaft. Italy at ist best! Ein kleines Italienisches Idyll mit Metzger, Bäcker, Kaffeehaus, Trafik und Trattoria UND einem sehr guten gehoben Lokal - Il Frantoio! Einzig es gab keinen Kontakt zum Hauseigentümer da alles professionell von einem Hausbetreuungunternehmen abgewickelt wurde. War aber nicht weiter schlimm, wir kauften Wein und Olivenöl von den umliegenden Bauern und genossen eine schöne Zeit in der Toskana...

Cannot recommend more highly. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Helpful from the moment we booked to the moment left, including helping us organise lunches and wine tours. The villa itself is spectacular with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The villa was clean, spacious and charming with a bathroom for every room, fully equipped kitchen, games room, TV room and laundry. The pool is fantastic, as is the hot tub and the outdoor dining area and BBQ was perfect for everyone to eat, drink and laugh around. A truly memorable holiday at an unforgettable place

Unser Aufenthalt in einem der Appartements war sehr angenehm und entspannend. Da sich die Appartements etwas außerhalb von Mensanello befinden (ca. 800m) war es immer schön ruhig und man konnte die Landschaft ungestört genießen. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit im Restaurant von Tenuta zu frühstücken und zu Abend zu essen! Es werden regionale Produkte aus eigener Herstellung verwendet und der Service ist einfach super! Man hat von der Terrasse des Restaurants einen tollen Ausblick in die Landschaft. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt auf dem Land.

La Casa del Capitano è un posto che fa riconciliare con il mondo. Vi si vive la Bellezza per occhi, spirito e mente. I panorami sono mozzafiato, la vista da ogni finestra è un quadro e la pace e la tranquillità sono garantite. Gli host hanno realizzato un capolavoro ristrutturando la casa: hanno rispettato la struttura originale aggiungendo ogni comfort possibile. Andrea e Michael sono gentilissimi, hanno anticipato ogni nostra possibile necessità, ci hanno fatto trovare fiori freschi ed erbe profumate in ogni stanza, frutta fresca e tutto il necessario per "far partire" la cucina (olio, sale, spezie, ecc.). Per un disguido tecnico, per un giorno non abbiamo potuto usare la Jacuzzi e ci hanno offerto una cena per scusarsi. Non abbiamo mai trovato host di questo livello. Speriamo di poter tornare a riprendere quei pezzi di cuore che abbiamo lasciato alla Casa del Capitano.

Eravamo 3 famiglie con bambini e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Numero di camere e bagni per un giusto compromesso tra stare insieme e momenti di privacy per ogni famiglia, ampi spazi comuni per stare insieme e tante opzioni per far divertire i bambini (giardino, trampolino, tavolo da ping pong e calcio balilla), cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla e vicino a molti posti belli da visitare. Barbara ha fornito istruzioni chiare ed è stata molto disponibile. Casa perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia e con amici.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary by inviting 19 of our closest friends for a long weekend — and what a magical experience it turned out to be. We came with high expectations, but our stay was far beyond anything we had imagined. The house is stunning, full of charm and character, with beautiful surroundings and complete privacy — the perfect setting for celebration, laughter, and connection. On our first evening, we took the opportunity to order homemade Tuscan pizzas from Liesbeth and her lovely family, baked in their traditional wood-fired oven. It was an amazing experience — fantastic food, great wine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The next day, we rented e-bikes and cycled through the Tuscan hills to a local winery for a tasting — unforgettable! That evening, we had a white party that was really memorable We spent our final day relaxing by the pool, soaking in the peace and beauty. This stay will stay in our hearts forever. Grazie mille!
