We had an amazing stay, Stephen was very welcoming. The room had a big bay window with nice view to the garden. It was very clean and even had an extra Dressing room.

We stayed in apartment 6 and was perfect for what we needed for 2 adults and 2 children. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again.

What a wonderful stay we had steven and Anna were wonderful hosts there hospitality was second to none they were so vary kind to my self and my husband we can not thank them enough we had a wonderful 7 nights x

A bigger apartment than expected with a stunning sea view. A great base from which to explore the Salcombe area on foot.

Thoroughly nice bloke, amazing views

My friend and I stayed for four nights at the Annexe, just home from home, kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfy and I especially liked having a blind and curtains which gave a seemingly blacked out room; again home from home. As for the shower room the fish wallpaper was very quirky and the shower was so refreshing, especially after walking a fair few miles. If you want to explore the Devon coast this is definitely a good place to stay, there is a local bus service and Teignmouth train station is approximately 5 mins drive away.

Stephens Private Apartment was lovely and we received a warm welcome. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The building had bags of character which is just what we like. 5☆☆☆☆☆

This property’s location is perfect, whether you want to stay on-site and enjoy the vistas of Dartmouth or use it as a base to thoroughly explore the environs. It’s only a short walk into Kingswear, where there is a car or foot ferry to get across to Dartmouth or the steam train which will take you to Paignton. Communication with Mark was thorough during every stage of the booking and stay. The accommodation is divine and we’ve rarely slept so well; a combination of the Savoir bed and serenity within this hillside property. Nothing about the host, property or location could be faulted; exemplary in every aspect.

Deb is the most friendly host that I’ve ever met. She made me feel at my own sweet home, very welcoming and cheerful. The bedroom is clean and comfy, perfect for a single person. I’d definitely come back if I go to travel in Torquay again. Thank you so much! And Happy New Year!

Perfect location and great price. It had everything we needed for a weekend trip to see family and Richard sent me a few videos about finding the place and how to work certain things inside. Couldn't ask for more!

A fantastic place to stay, very close to the see front and a short walk to some great restaurants. The house and contents were in great condition and all nice and clean, you could tell they run a tight ship. Would highly recommend and I will definitely stay again if the chance arises.

My partner and I stayed with Jim and Roger for 3 nights, having had weekend tickets for Lockdown Festival but no camping; and we couldn't haven been happier with our stay. Jim and Roger were super relaxed, welcoming hosts and catered for our every need. Everything we could have possibly needed was thought of, from toothbrushes to a razor. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home, there was even a coffee maker in our room! The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, and we enjoyed breakfast (cooked lovingly by Jim every morning) sat in the sun out in the equally wonderful back garden. We also really enjoyed the company of their two little dogs, who were as pleasant and welcoming as their owners

My colleagues stayed in this property for a nearby job and the location was perfect. The home has all the amenities you could need and was very clean. Rebecca was excellent at communication from the start and this was very appreciated. If we are in the area again we would definitely return!

Loved the location, allocated parking was what was very important for us. Close to town and our friends who live round the corner. It is a lovely new apartment with great views, great shower and balcony. Bed was a little hard for us, but owner is addressing this for the future. But overall a lovely comfortable apartment which was spotless. Will definitely use again.

We had to book very last second. Nicole was very helpful, answered super quickly and had this beautiful Airbnb ready for us. We were greeted be personalized signs and an Airbnb with a great atmosphere. You can see the love in every detail. Everything is clean and cozy and besides the usual things they provided detailed recommendations for the area, a free yoga class Nicole gives and a lot of small things like coffee, cereal and jam. We definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in the area.

Eves is a very good host!! The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Stayed only one night but the next time i visit the area I will try to stay here again. :)
