Vacation rentals with a patio in Torbay

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

This place was spotless and very well kept, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The host has a wonderful sense of style that really adds to the character of the place. Communication was straightforward and everything was exactly as described. Car parking was very convenient, which was a great bonus.

We had a lovely stay at this caravan, with beautiful weather. Facilities at the site were great, and we appreciated the passes being included. Kids loved the indoor pool, and there’s also a gym, sauna and steam room. Outdoor pool looked like it would be great, but not open until next month. The site is in a brilliant location-we enjoyed trips to Torquay, Brixham, and it was lovely to be able to walk to Goodrington beach. Lots of supermarkets nearby too. The caravan is modern and well-equipped with the essentials. Enough space for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. Lovely powerful, hot shower. Ross was a very friendly and responsive host.

What an amazing stay, Dominic was really helpful and patient with all my pre arrival questions and during our stay. Response time was really good. Dominics place was really clean and clear of clutter exactly what we needed for our trip. We spent the weekend kayaking, visiting lots of beaches and the Paignton airshow. so central for attractions. Needed a large space to come back to at the end of the day and unload beach gear before setting off again, the living area was perfect. Really recommend Dominics place

Lovely little base for trips to the beach and local walks. The airbnb was spotless and very comfortable - a great use of space, with all essentials provided! We particularly appreciated the little box of cookies and tea/coffee on arrival which was a lovely touch. It's a very convenient location, and it was incredibly helpful to have parking since the seafront isn't the easiest place to find a space! Josh (the host) was really friendly and welcoming, and very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vicki’s place. It was well furnished with most items needed for a stay away from home. The Airbnb was also conveniently located near by the beach and transport links. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great 3 nights at Laurens place. The 2 story flat is clean, warm & cosy, modern and well furnished/equipped. The flat is situated just set back from the main high street but it was quite and private. The outdoor seating area was a great place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee and sunshine. The property was easy to access and Lauren was on hand to answer any queries. The harbour is situated less than a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of lovely places to eat and drink. Twenty1 and offshore are lovely places to eat and enjoy a drink or two! There is no parking at the property however, we were able to park a short walk away and didn’t need the car for the whole stay. There are plenty of car parks near by. We would highly recommend Lauren’s place and would definitely return. Dawn & Lee

Spacious property in great location for the seafront and harbour. Lovely garden space which we used every day. Very restful and peaceful break. Chris was really helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

We had a wonderful few days staying at Smuggler's Cottage and exploring Brixham. The cottage is in a great location with absolutely beautiful views over the harbour from the sitting room and upstairs bedroom. It had everything we needed inside (spacious and comfy, well equipped kitchen), and a lovely outside patio, table and chairs for sitting out in the morning/evening to enjoy the views. The cottage is a short 5-minute walk from the centre of town/harbourside, either via steps or there's a step-free path. Thank you Kath - would definitely recommend and hope to return to Brixham again.

My partner and our 2 young daughters had a lovely stay here. It was a good base to explore the local surroundings. There is no parking outside and we had to park over the main road but the host was helpful in giving us this information before hand. The sofa bed was comfy and we had all the amenities we needed

We loved our few days staying in Jason’s house. It’s perfectly located to explore the beautiful coast and countryside. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable and we appreciated the treats left for us and our dog - thank you! We hope to come back again very soon!

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

We had a great stay at Portia's for bank holiday weekend. The den is very well equipped and we found it a peaceful place to stay.

Sue and David are perfect hosts, we felt tremendously welcome and their willingness to share local knowledge helped us to plan our days out. The accommodation is beautifully presented and creates an atmosphere perfect for unwinding and downtime. It is well equipped with everything you might need with welcome gestures an added touch! Sue has put together an information booklet which is a treat to read and covers everything you might need to plan your days. We will undoubtedly return and spend longer next time. A beautiful area with lots to explore and some great dog friendly beaches close by. Many thanks Sue and David for an enjoyable stay.

Excellent property and great location to everything with all amenities you needed for a lovely break in Devon, very spacious and quiet area just short walk to the harbour, Caroline was very helpful communicating and there was lots of information in the property, the hot tub was a lovely touch in a private part of the garden. will definitely return in the future and highly recommend

We are just back from a wonderful week at Vomero, traveling with my 7 year old son, husband, and father in law. The flat was lovely with great views and peaceful gardens. Louise and Sean were great hosts (even after we locked both sets of keys in the flat and Sean had to go in through the window - sorry Sean....) and we'll definitely be back, if they'll have us.

We’ve only ever visited Brixham for day trips and always wanted to stay longer and explore. This property is a perfect base for that. Located 5 mins walking from the harbour and many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs, but away from the crowds. Peaceful and private. The streets are narrow but with Liz’s instructions it was easy to find the place to drop off our bags and then park up in one of the long stay parking places. We settled in quickly and felt right at home. The apartment is exactly as described and in the photos provided. Liz was a very helpful and responsive host. Gave us lots of great recommendations for places to eat, walks to take and things to do. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you Liz!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We had a great last minute stay and the location was perfect for visiting family and getting to explore Torbay. Easily walkable to the beach and train station and a short drive to lots of places to explore. The apartment had everything we needed and the welcome treats were a lovely suprise. The low ceiling in the bathroom, hall and second bedroom might have been difficult for my husband for a long stay, but we were well prepared and it was fine for a couple of nights. The place was really clean and parking was easy. Will be recommending to others looking for something similar. Thank you!

I stayed here with my two boys (age 12 and 13) for our first ever summer trip to Torquay. The apartment is lovely and our stay very comfortable. It is quirky in layout with the entrance into a very nice conservatory area, then a bedroom, connecting to the kitchen and a second bedroom (doubles as dining room). The location is perfect, walkable from the railway station and you can get to the marina/beach and all the local shops/pubs/restaurants within minutes. There is a shortcut through the Fleet Walk shopping centre which google maps does not know about! Overall a lovely stay, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Kathryn's comms with us was great and she provided lots of local information before we arrived. Many thanks.

David was an amazing host. we have stayed in a fair few Air B&B and David has been by far the best host. We did not stay in the Air B&B it was my father in law for our wedding. My father in law has health conditions and when I explained this to David he was really empathetic and and understanding. David regularly messaged me asking if my father in law needed anything, David really went above and beyond. David really made my father in law feel comfortable and welcome. I cannot recommend David's properties enough and we will be telling all our friends and family about him and his properties for when they come and stay in the South West. Thank you David for really taking any stresses we had away and making my father in laws stay really special.

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.
