Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Featuring a Hot Tub and its own mini pub (The Coombe House Inn) there is plenty to do for all of the family. Measuring approx 250sqm with a grand sitting room there is plenty of space to relax or socialise. Being on Babbacombe Downs you have direct access to all of the Beaches, cafes, restaurants and bars that it has to offer and also one of the best coastal views in Devon.
