Amy's cottage is just as advertised , location is perfect, right on the river beach, its easy to find, and just a short walk from train station. The shops and several little cafes , bakeries and pubs, are all within a short stroll , many are dog friendly. Amy's cottage has everything you could need and its all very clean cosy and comfortable .Amy was quick to answer my queries and gave me good directions for getting there. Thank you for a lovely seaside break , me and my little dog would love to stay again .

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

Amazing stay at the stone house! Beautiful house and setting, great hot tub and table tennis set up. Trystan was super helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

We had an amazing weeks stay at the barn. Steve and Tessa were such amazing host, the barn is immaculate, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. They both went above to ensure that we were comfortable, providing extra dog towels, Steve instructions on how to find the barn, checking that we were warm enough and had everything we need. The barn is surrounded by beautiful tranquil forest and miles of walking routes. Thank you so much for having us .

Skylark cottage is a beautiful place to stay. Everything new and modern with everything you could possibly need for a stay there. Kitchen was sparkling and the bedrooms were roomy with VERY comfortable beds! The bathrooms / shower rooms ( 3 of them!) were fantastic. And the garden was perfect for us and our 2 dogs who loved playing safely out there. Dilys was very helpful with text communications and Terry waited to let us in when we arrived. There were lots of leaflets with local walks and further afield activities- and a 10% off card for the local pub!!! The best Airbnb we have stayed in. Thank you for having us!!

Little Spindles is perfect in every way. The location is peaceful and idyllic, yet extremely well connected to the local town and all that Dartmoor has to offer. Beaches are a picturesque drive away. Waking up and coming back to Little Spindles made each day for us. Even without activities, we would have been happy just relaxing there. Little Spindles is beautifully designed inside and out. The details are captivating and so well thought out. It has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. Poppy has made sure everything feels like a top-quality hotel. It’s a treat for the senses with the open layout and indoors-outdoors design. The sound of nothing but birds and trees was good for the soul in a break from our busy lives. Our kids ran free in the garden and relaxed in the hammock whilst we enjoyed eating in the garden. Fun, peace and a sense of luxury all in equal measure. We booked to come again before we even left and we’re counting down the days. Just heavenly!

We had a very nice time at Megan's place. The apartment was easy to reach and the nearest train station is only 5 minutes away by bike, which was very convenient for us. The area is super nice and was super to explore from the apartment. We highly recommend it :)

fabulous stay at Kate and Kieron's flat! Great space with everything you need. Ideal for a base to explore the surroundings and Kate was really helpful with everything from travel cot / high chair for our 7 month old to loads of recommendations for food, drink and places to visit. We will hopefully be back 🙂

What a beautiful little place and a fabulous location to stopover for a couple of nights. We absolutely loved Josie’s style at The Apiary and it was perfectly clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. Wandering through the grounds of Southcombe House and its pretty wildflower meadows was just delightful. An idyllic spot in wonderful location.

We had an excellent stay here in Newton Abbott! Mike and Anna were really lovely and responsive. Looks like the pics and is a good size for a group of friends, beautiful decor as well. Would definitely go back!

What a truly wonderful stay, and the photos REALLY do not do this beautiful place justice!! We had the most lovely welcome from Chris and Sally when we arrived, were given lots of tasty treats to keep us going until we were able to shop the next day, and loved every second of our stay with them. They really did think of everything we could possibly need, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as we were able to park right outside the property. There is also a bus stop directly outside so we jumped on the bus to Exeter, which only took half an hour. The drive to Starcross is only about 10 minutes and we parked up and got the lovely foot-passenger ferry over to Exmouth (definitely worth the trip and very cheap.) We will DEFINITELY be returning and are already missing the sound of the ocean.

Very stylish flat. All mod cons including sound system and fun to have a Porsche for decoration. Funky bathroom - huge free standing bath! The location is great, right down by the harbour although the boat yard blocks the view unfortunately. You can walk everywhere is a few minutes. Parking in Topsham is always tricky but this flat is really close to the quayside car park and although it is a bit narrow you can drive right down to the flat to unload your stuff. We really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely clean place with shops nearby. Mike was a great host, very friendly and happy to offer advice about local places. He even offered to come and get me from town so I didn’t have to rely on public transport. I will potentially need to come back to Exeter soon and will definitely look to see if this place is available

We stayed for a short weekend getaway; the place was clean and cozy, just right for the couple of days we were staying. It's very close to the beaches (basically ON the back beach, perfect as that's where we were most of the time). Marianne was very pleasant, helpful, and responsive (and the cream tea left in the kitchen for us was a lovely unexpected surprise). Would recommend and would stay again.

Great garden flat in the center of Ashburton. Peaceful and secluded. Very comfortable king size bed and good quality linen. Bathroom with bath and shower over bath, small but very clean and neat. Clean well equipped kitchen. Fab lounge with comfy sofa. Courtyard garden is lovely! The only thing to possibly improve is to have a blackout blind to the bedroom window. Ashburton is lovely with some great pubs restaurants and cafes and great easy access to Dartmoor. Thanks Helen! Loved our stay x

It’s a great flat in a great location. Slight hiccup with hot water but Dean sorted promptly. Would recommend.

We had to book very last second. Nicole was very helpful, answered super quickly and had this beautiful Airbnb ready for us. We were greeted be personalized signs and an Airbnb with a great atmosphere. You can see the love in every detail. Everything is clean and cozy and besides the usual things they provided detailed recommendations for the area, a free yoga class Nicole gives and a lot of small things like coffee, cereal and jam. We definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in the area.

We stayed in Julia's in May. The flat was as advertised. It's roomy, spotlessly clean, private and a home from home. It's easily accessible to all the local amenities - train station out front, a stroll to local High St. out back, with lovely shops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants and the amazing estuary views. Julia was very friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. We highly recommend her property, and hope to revisit very soon. Thanks, Julia for a most enjoyable stay.

Really clean, super convenient for uni campus. Super easy instructions to follow, Duncan met me on arrival and explained everything to me. Very lovely, would definitely recommend to stay

We've just got home after an amazing stay at Harbour View. Martin and Diane's apartment was absolutely spotless, so comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The finishing touches were so lovely and much appreciated, like the fabulous welcome pack which included a bottle of prosecco, soft drinks, milk, tea, sugar and biscuits. It was so great having all that too welcome us after a long journey. The best thing about staying here though was having the benefit of Martin's local knowledge. Martin put together a pack of places he thought we'd liked to visit with the children, he gave us postcodes and printed pictures with chat instructions. This meant we visited places we wouldn't have know about which made our stay even more special. Thank you so much Martin, you really did make our stay amazing! I would recommend Harbour View to anyone wanting to visit Torquay in luxury! Thanks again Martin and Diane.

Communication from Sarah was great. Loved that there was milk in the fridge and can's of drink on arrival. Sarah's place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that you might need. There was also a washing machine. I would not hesitate to stay again and also to recommend to family and friend's. Thank you Sarah.
