Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Sea view from bedroom window and very convenient for Dawlish and Dawlish Warren. Fantastic walks along the sea wall and great transport links to all the headline destinations in Devon. Well worth the cost.

We did not meet the owner but it did not matter as she responded immediately. Location was perfect as an older person, quiet and peaceful. Many walking trails. The village has no Laundramat and very limited restaurants. Train service nearby is very good with frequent service. Could not fault the apartment with the exception of a fold-up bed into a cupboard everyday to open the main big window with the view. Probably not suitable for guests with children. In all other respect it was very modern and perfect.

Many thanks for a great day it was clean and very quiet. The offstreet parking was a real help.

Fantastic Air BnB - If I could give a higher rating for cleanliness I would - Didn't see Neil much but from what I did he was super lovely - Everything you require is in the vicinity - The decor is fantastic - Neil's place is very high up on the hill but taxi ranks are always available and only takes about 5 minutes to get from seafront - Lovely walk down, but you're a brave one if you attempt the walk up!! If i were to make one suggestion I'd put some leaflets maybe of takeaways or local things to do or taxi numbers on the table as we had to use our phones but not everyone will have a mobile phone or internet access - I would come back within a heart beat as it was a fantastic stay and couldn't ask for more!

Very comfortable apartment in a spectacular setting. Views across to Dartmoor were marvellous and made even more interesting by the pedigree horses in the nearby fields. Brian was an excellent host. This location was convenient for trips to east Devon coast, Brixham etc. Extremely good value for money.

Pippa’s place is absolutely wonderful. Spotlessly clean with every conceivable amenity. They have thought of everything. Loads of lovely little touches and it is way better than in the photos and description. Enormous comfy bed, plush towels, really great living space. It is so well appointed with quality items and beautiful decor. The hosts kindly left us some welcoming provisions like bread, milk and biscuits which was really lovely. It is the perfect location too. Easy walking distance to the village or Teignmouth, in a beautiful peaceful spot. There are wonderful views from the lounge and garden area which has seating in the sunshine. The private parking space is great too as many places in the village do not have this. The hosts provided many recommendations of places to eat etc and were always available for anything we needed. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you so much for such a fabulous stay in The Annex. We loved it.

We had a lovely peaceful break at The Coach House. It's in a very quiet location with good off-road parking and yet close to the A379 so easy to get about. You can also walk from the flat via the deer park and on to the coastal path. The flat was clean, light, very spacious and comfortable. The bed was large and comfy and the shower was excellent. Access to the property was simple and the host Joan was very welcoming. The milk, juice, tea, coffee, croissants and jam provided made a nice touch. All in all a great place to stay and we would love to visit again in the future. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with a delightful patio garden, offering a charming view over Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment was spotless. Moira was warm and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Lovely weekend stay at The Snug. Everything we needed was provided, felt like home from home. Great location, 10 mins gentle walk to the harbour. Parking not a problem. Bed super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Quick communication from Mia when had a couple of questions, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing location close to Burrator reservoir and open moorland. Really close to Plymouth & Tavistock. The Burrator Inn is close by who has a great menu and 🍻. Check in was painless and the accommodation was perfect. I met the family and all really lovely people. Will rebook and see you again soon.

Lovely flat, beautifully equipped and presented, situated 2 minutes from the Hoe, 5 minutes from the city centre and maybe 10 minutes from the Barbican. Private parking space very handy. Ursula is an excellent, responsive host and instantly offered a refund when at very short notice I had to arrive a day late. My stay was for work purposes but it’d be equally good for a leisure break. Can't fault the flat or the host.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!
