Had the best couple of days staying at the hut, was greeted by Alexandra who was extremely friendly and helpful she showed us the facilities and hut. hut itself was a lovely little place, we could've happily stayed for longer. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay again, thanks so much :)

The cute pod was tiny, but had everything required for our one night stay including a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet and peaceful. The instructions to locating the property were very detailed making it quite easy to find. Beer is such a pretty village. Would definitely recommend

This is our 5th time staying at The Glade. Myself, my son and our pooch love it there. Its so private, quiet and i love to sit amongst the wildlife and bird watch. A nice walk in the woods right beside the hut or just a chilled swing in the hammock. It is our favourite place to unwind. I love how everytime we visit the surroundings look different with the ever changing wildlife. It is as beautiful in winter and rain as it is in the sun and summer. Autumn has to be my favourite. Juliet is a lovely host and is not intrusive in the slightest. However she is very responsive if you need anything. We had a lovely chat this time whilst i was sat bird watching and she told me about a few birds she had seen. What can i say if you need to unwind then this is the place. Comfortable, quiet, homely and warm.

Lovely little chalet, perfect for 4 and very close to Dartmouth and the whole of the extreme south of Devon. Our host Phil was very communicative and helpful, and everything was clear and easy to understand, making our stay stress-free. A perfect little getaway, and thanks to our hosts, we will book again when visiting the area.

Lovely cabin space for a quiet and relaxed getaway. We were met by Pete who was helpful with parking advice and they both gave us info on the local area and spots for paddleboarding. A nice sitting space outside the cabin in the garden too.

Such a beautiful spot, so peaceful and remote yet within easy distances of some great places. The hot tub was a big hit with our 3 year old. Absolutely loved it. Thank you

Another great stay at the Secret Lodge. Perfect location for my daughter’s exam centre plus quiet environment to revise in and comfy bed in the bedroom for a good sleep before exams!

The Beach Hut was wonderful for our short stay in Kingsbridge. Spotlessly clean and a great welcome from our hosts who provided a first class selection of welcoming provisions. Great location to explore the area and the top rated beaches.

We’ve loved our short visit to Dartington! Beautiful South Devon countryside, friendly hosts and the studio has all you need for a self contained getaway. Lots of thought has gone into the design of the studio, high quality fixtures & fittings including nice cooker and induction hob. Thanks Ros and Pete, would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Even better than the pictures. After having stressful Jons as a nurse and firefighter it’s amazing at how relaxed and distressful it was. Having the bath outside you don’t feel overlooked or watched in. Andrew and his wife has thought of everything, all I would say is take a tripod for your phone as you will want to take so many pictures. Would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend to family and friends

We had a lovely stay at stairway to Devon - Midge. Nathan greeted us on arrival and informed us of everything we needed to know, including recommendations for local walks. The hut has everything you could possibly need, and the wood fired hot tub was an extra bonus. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing get away.

We loved our stay at Ruby Rose and we're definitely coming back. Denise was fantastic to deal with from the minute we booked. The place is amazing- we travelled with our daughter (5) and our dog and it was perfect. Lots of fun to be had outside and everything inside Ruby Rose was spotless, as described and beautiful. Denise supplied tea and coffee as well as an amazing welcome cake for us. The chickens were an added bonus as well. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic experience start to finish, and lucked out massively with the good weather for birthday celebrations! Couldn’t be more pleased with how peaceful the location and atmosphere was. Thank you to the hosts for being so attentive and on hand at every opportunity. Every little touch and detail was just as described/pictured. Gained some beautiful memories thanks to this get away and all its special features. Wasn’t aware it was next to a property however you wouldn’t even notice, never bothered us or saw anyone. Would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone i know! x

Lovely place to stay in central Totnes! Has a lovely cosy feel to the place with a very comfortable bed and lovely bedding. Excellent shower pressure. Exactly as described in a great location. Excellent communication from Host with clear check in instructions. Plenty of car parks very close by for the car and we were able to pull up outside to drop off heavy items first. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic cosy cabin, perfect for one or two people! Very pleasant to stay at, warmly decorated and kept in immaculate condition. The kitchenette is just right for the stay that involves mostly dining out and/or bringing leftovers back, with all the morning refreshments provided as well. All the amenities are covered and explained well in provided instructions, too! Placed in the back garden of a very quiet neighbourhood, ideal to come back to for relaxation after a day exploring Devon. The host is very welcoming and the included plenty of local recommendations alongside the cabin use instructions!

We had a lovely stay at The Nook, it had everything we needed and more! We loved the little touches like the bathrobes for the hot tub/sauna as well as the tea & coffee! Callum was also very happy to help and gave us recommendations. Couldn’t fault our stay! Thank you, we will be back!!

Suzanne's chalet was absolutely beautiful! The location is stunning and the chalet was perfect for us - tastefully decorated to a really high standard, cozy, and immaculately clean. We loved listening to the waves at night and the bottle of fizz in the fridge was a lovely touch. After exploring the local fishing villages we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. Highly recommend - we didn't want to leave!

The perfect weekend getaway in a beautiful property in a stunning remote location with gorgeous views Jenny and Matt were perfect hosts with quick responses and helping us make the most of our weekend with local recommendations. Will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic little spot in a beautiful valley. Very warm greeting from Tim when we arrived giving us some insight about the local access for walking. Great spot to escape - very quiet and calm location with very comfortable accommodation with everything you would need. Definitely be revisiting !

Amazing ! We absolutely loved staying here got greeted and made to feel very welcome , we also greeted with with little breakfast goodies . The bed was very comfortable and a great size. You’re also provided with washing up products, handwashing and showering products. The place was very private and you had your own space which is great. Would 100% stay again and definitely recommend!

This was my second time around at Louise’s Shepard’s hut and it was an absolute dream again! It’s so peaceful and has the most amazing views of the surrounding hills. The hut itself is everything you need for a country getaway! Clean, well stocked, and homely! Louise and her family are so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to head back for even more visits in the future!

Lovely place to stay. Hosts are welcoming and helpful but not in your face. Great location for Chagford and surrounding area, some lovely walks on the doorstep. Highly recommend this as a quiet get away.
