Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sumida City

I stayed for 2 days and had a really good rest! The tatami-covered floor was clean and pleasant, and the bed was fluffy, so it was great when sleeping. I was very satisfied with the clean bathroom and hot water, but it was also a special experience to use the neighborhood bathhouse recommended by the host. I was a little embarrassed at the stairs, but I think it's just a Japanese building.

this location was a great place for our group. we liked the proximity to the train station and the variety of rooms in the house. Yi communicated with us throughout the stay and also provided a few pages in the guest room for us to consult for general questions. We had everything we needed for a restful stay

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

Masaki's house was super furnished, the kitchen had a small grill, and she even put beer and ginger ale in the fridge to welcome us. We were very happy about that after the long journey! The house was huge with beanbags and sofa, a nice dining table with good light, we felt very comfortable. Right at the house was a footpath to the park, without cars. The park has a lake and you could take a walk by the river. The pedestrian area was only 15 minutes away, with lots of restaurants and shops. We would book it again immediately. Til next time!

We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

We loved staying here! Very comfortable for our family of 6. Great location, very easy to access public transportation and get all around Tokyo. It was a perfect space to come back to after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to others.

This airbnb is incredible. Walking distance to the local train station to get just about anywhere you need to go. The unit itself is very clean and beautiful. It was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location and all the local restaurants. The hosts are great and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!

I can absolutely recommend Glou if you are looking for a place to stay in Tokyo. The staff was so kind and accommodating and the location was absolutely perfect for us - the hotel was located in a quiet street but we were really close to various stations, good restaurants and everything else you could need.

This is the third time I have used it.The place was very beautiful and full of amenities.Especially since I use it with children, it is very helpful to have a kitchen every time.There is a convenience store, supermarket, and 100 yen shop within a few minutes' walk, which is convenient. It is one of the pleasures of being able to meet the kind and friendly owner every time.I'd love to stay again this year.

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

This was a great stay. Close to several different train stations and a short walk from Tokyo tower. Mathew was very help and had clear instructions for everything. 10/10.

The appartement was in a right spot, it was nice and quiet but also close to Shinjuku. The host was very responsive and when we checked in he left us a little snack.

Amazing Airbnb with pool and sauna. Super private and quiet area. Beautiful typical Japanese interior with a luxury touch. The host is very friendly and communication was easy. We would love to come visit again.

It was a comfortable and nice house. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer together. However, I think it would have been better if there were a little more towels.

The space was large and just as described. We enjoyed how close to 2 different train stations the home was. Clean and tidy- would definitely stay again in the future.

It was accessible from the subway and bus stops, and 8 people were able to relax comfortably in one space. It was nice to feel the traditional Japanese atmosphere. I also liked the host's quick, detailed and friendly explanation.
