Asakusa/Skytree/6-min. Walk from sta. /Convenient!

JustinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Yoko's place is wonderful and conveniently located, easy access to trains and walkable to many locations such as the Tokyo Skytree and Asahi building. It was a little compact but well laid out. The bunk beds were super comfortable and if you stay in the bottom bunks they are super dark for sleeping along with having your own dimmable lights and switches makes you feel like you are staying in a capsule hotel with your family. Extra toilet is a definite plus. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are many convenient stores very close by. It's a wonderful place to stay.

SHIBUYA9min/For5/Family friendly/rich in nature

TomRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!
A two-story apartment building is shown, featuring a modern façade with a combination of dark and light colored panels. Mailboxes are positioned near the entrance, and a bicycle is parked alongside the pathway. Clear blue skies are visible above the structure.

It is in an excellent location, 1 stop from Shinagawa station and a few minutes' walk from the nearest station, and access to Shibuya, Asakusa, Ginza, Disney and Haneda Airport was also very convenient. The room is quiet, clean, and has a calm atmosphere, so you can relax. The host, Margaret, was very polite in her communication, and I was relieved that she answered my questions right away. I was very satisfied with the location, comfort, and the host's care.I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in Tokyo!I would definitely like to stay here again.

[蒼] 10 mins to Shinjuku, 9ppl , 2 baths, tatami

AimeeRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The decor and cleanliness of this place stood out. A little tight for our group of 8 and luggage, but it's totally doable and not uncomfortable for a larger party. You'll just have to be more mindful of the noise you make between floors. The location was perfect with walkable access to three different subway lines. I would 100% book this place again when visiting Tokyo.

[Shibuya-ku] Sasazuka Station 2 min walk/126 ㎡/1 stop to Shinjuku Station 4 min/2 shower

MarkRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The place was great, just a few minutes walk from Sasazuka station. It's on a small street that is a mix of residential and restaurants. Primarily locals, almost no tourists and generally very quiet. But there were a couple nights we were awakened at 1am by people on the street or in the restaurant below. We were a family of 7, plenty of space and everyone had a bed.

We love our stay. The first floor felt a bit limited at first, but in 2 days, we got used to it. It's very clean and well equipped. The location is also good. It's quiet, walkable to the station, and lots of restaurants/shops/supermarkets nearby. We were able to make good memories in this house. Highly recommended. Thank you for letting us stay in this house.

Shinjuku 7min, Quiet Superior Townhome, Sta. 1min

JasonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
this place is spacious for Japan. it was clean and had everything you wanted in an airbnb place. the two half baths (upstairs & downstairs) was convenient for a family of 5. the house is located in a very private area and very quiet. it's less than 5min walk to nearby train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. it's also 3-4 stops away from the Shinjuku train station, which is very convenient. the air conditioning works great during the summer time in Tokyo. the hosts (Naomi and Watanabe) are great and responsive to our inquiries. they provided us to lists of recommended restaurants, if needed. a big 75" TV (i think) in the living room was great. the kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook a meal if needed. we didn't use them much but they're available. we highly recommended anyone visiting Tokyo to stay at this place. we definitely would stay here again on our next visit here. Thank you.

I stayed for 10 people. The host was very polite, and communication when we had problems was smooth and close, so it was really helpful. We all cooked, watched Netflix while having a takoyaki party at the kotatsu, and had a great time. The room is beautiful and clean as pictured. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

My 1st trip to Japan around June 2025 and I am glad that I choose this airbnb as my accommodation. 9 minute walk to Funabori station, plenty of hanger and a balcony for drying cloth, 1 Gbps WiFi 7 internet. While there is a washing and drying all in one machine, beware that the washing capacity is 6.5 Kg while drying capacity is just measly 1.5 Kg. Do plan your laundry with your travel mate or you will end up in coin operate laundry shop. All and all is a good place for 7 nights accommodation.

1 building for 7 people/to Akihabara and Shinjuku

StacyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This was a delightful jewel box of a home. It was charmingly decorated and really made you feel like you were getting a glimpse of local living. Kanade was super friendly and responsive to all questions, and was delightfully proactive at every step. You're in a residential neighborhood, which has its pros and cons. It is easy to get to the subway station and from there, anywhere you want to go...but it's not going to be fast, and a lot of it is uphill. Between the walk and the ride, it pretty much took an hour/hour plus to get anywhere. Even TeamLabs Planets, which is 2 miles away, took 45 min by subway (including walking time.) But it was quiet and homey. The staircase is tight; I was worried we wouldn't get the suitcases up it and it felt a little treacherous coming down, especially for middle of the night bathroom trips. But that's also part of the authentic experience. We're glad we chose this over a generic hotel; it really added to the trip.

Yan is a wonderful host, all our massages and inquiries were being replied promptly. We arrived late at night and I was worry that it will be difficult for us to search the house in the dark. Upon my request, Yan waited for us at the station and showed us the way to the house, by then, it was almost mid night. Huge thank to Yan and Mr Siow. Yan's house has everything you need, with the 5 bedrooms, 2 toilet and i bathroom, Six of us stayed comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the train station, which basically can bring you to anyway in Tokyo.
