5 minutes walk from Shibuya. Station near but quiet 1st floor room at night. 3 BEDS (w120cm) + 1 SOFA BED

It is in a very quiet environment, but it is conveniently located about 2-3 minutes on foot from Shin-Minami Exit of Shibuya Station. It's a little bit tucked away and feels like a secret base. You can walk to Ebisu and Daikanyama. I lived in this neighborhood a few years ago, and it's a great location that I never get tired of. The building is nearly 50 years old, but the water area has been renovated. This building is scheduled to be redeveloped and rebuilt in a few years. This listing is only available now, so please use it. Please do not expect sunshine in this room as it is on the ground floor. The extra bed is a sofa bed. (It is a type that attaches two sofas. You may not be able to expect sleeping comfort. ) 3-4 people are the right number. It can accommodate up to 5 people, but it will be very narrow. There is also a charge for the 5th person.
