Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sumida City

We had a wonderful stay at C’s Tiny House Airbnb. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by the fresh, clean scent of the room. Though compact, the space was thoughtfully designed, comfortably accommodating two adults and two children. Every essential was provided and more—including detergent, toiletries, kitchen utensils, and a small stove—making our stay effortless and convenient. The location was a major highlight. Situated just a short walk from the train station, it made exploring the area incredibly easy. We found ourselves near several fascinating tourist attractions, allowing us to maximize our time without the hassle of long commutes. Takashi, our host, was exceptional. His responsiveness and genuine care for his guests were evident throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was a fantastic resource for recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try. We appreciate Takashi’s warm hospitality and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the convenience of this location very much - it was close to the train station, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and was a quieter area in close walking distance to the busier area of Asakusa. The space of the apartment felt tight to walk around in for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 7 and 10), but the description and reviews did mention the narrowness of the apartment. We put out the extra bed on the floor for bedtime and folded it back up during the day to allow space for the table and put some of our luggages underneath the bed, and it worked out. We were thankful for the many amenities provided such as washer, the kitchenette, and the instructions on how to use the items, and felt the space was well used. Keyless entry was also smooth and easy.

Tadashi’s place was wonderful for our trip to Tokyo! We were near the train station which was a huge plus but also nearby many convenience and grocery stores which was helpful for getting a quick bite to go! His team was extremely responsive and proactive, always making sure we got everything we needed. The Airbnb was a good fit for our party of 3 and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay from hair dryer, washer and dryer, kitchen, and a clean restroom and kitchen! All in all we were very pleased by the Airbnb and would come back here to stay again in Sumida City!

Accommodation equipped with everything you need, washer/dryer included. Great location in a quiet but central neighborhood near the Sky Tree. Rei was always very kind and helpful, she let us bring our luggage before check-in. Perfect value for being in a great area of Tokyo. Mini market on the way from the subway exit to the house. Great restaurants nearby.

Host and co host were responsive and aided with queries. location was walkable to surrounding points of interest. metro station was within 10 mins walk. well equipped Airbnb. with lift definitely made the stay easy for family with kids or multiple luggages the stay easy and stress free. Definitely try it.

The room is very nice and very clean, although it is a bit small, it is very well equipped, with a bathtub, dryer, oven, etc.It's been a comfortable stay for the past few days!The Host is very attentive and prepared very complete toiletries for us. I feel that I really only need to bring a few changes of clothes.The room is by the roadside, the soundproofing of the balcony is not very good, there will be some motorcycle noise on the road at night, but it is not too bad, my sleep was not affected these days.I'll still choose Saki's B&B next time!

Great place to stay. Very close to Skytree. Just 450 meters from Platform A1. Have booked the same place twice. Just felt the place to be little tiny for 3, But I think that's the standard size in Tokyo.

Our stay in Tokyo was truly special thanks to this wonderful family. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful-when they heard we were celebrating a birthday, they went out of their way to celebrate with us. The house is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here just for the hosts alone-the comfort of the home and the charm of the area are just added bonuses.

Everything we hoped for and more. We loved living in an actual Tokyo neighborhood, close to the Tobu line, having a ton of space in an entire house, 2min walk to a great huge supermarket, and close to the river to go for a run. The house was super clean, big, had a great functioning kitchen and proper rooms with doors that closed on several floors (as opposed to many other AirBnBs in Tokyo) Make sure you know what you sign up for though - if you're looking for a place close to the all sights right in the craziness this is not for you. It's a bit of a ride to Shibuya (1h) and other places, also it's not on a metro line but a private one (Tobu) which the metro 24/36/72h tickets don't cover. Pay as you go Pasmo works of course. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat for us 4 people

Due to the illness and hospitalization of my baby under the age of two, I decided to postpone the trip after considering all the factors. After informing the host of the situation, not only did I get the consent to postpone the trip, but also a timely response to confirm the changed date, avoiding the situation of not being able to book. I also felt the host's concern, and this alone made me very grateful. Before check-in *full of messages* Before I checked in, the host not only requested information about the guests staying in accordance with the Japanese government's regulations, but also provided important information such as a map to the accommodation, nearby attractions, and check-in instructions, so that I could provide my family with more detailed information and prepare for the trip before I left. The whole service was full of sincerity. *Warm feeling* during your stay On the day of check-in, we were required to check in after 4pm. Due to the itinerary, the luggage had to be placed in one place first, but we didn't want to spend a lot of money to store the luggage, so we asked the host to place the luggage in advance. Fortunately, the host was willing to let us place the luggage in advance, so that we could go out and play with peace of mind, and wait until 4pm to check in. We are really grateful. After check-in, everything from the living room, bathroom, toilet to each room was very clean, the equipment felt new, and the toiletries provided were very good. It was really comfortable during the stay; to be honest, everyone returned to the accommodation early, everyone gathered in the living room to eat, drink and chat, and watched Japanese programs that they couldn't understand, but this feeling also made people feel warm. The location of the accommodation is even better, very close to the subway station (Higashi-Mukojima Station), there is a huge pharmacy outside the subway, basically everything is bought there, and there is a huge supermarket in the past, super cheap, even buy vegetables, meat slices to cook at home, there are also bakeries, barbecue shops, sashimi sushi shops nearby, super delicious!Basically, you don't have to worry about food! On the other side of the subway station (Baguang Station) there is also a huge supermarket, drugstore, but it is far away, but it is also convenient!You have to take this route to get back to the airport, and it's also convenient. Overall, the transportation is convenient, the accommodation environment is good, and there are many shops around. Basically, you don't need to worry about not finding anything to eat in the middle of the night. I'm afraid you don't have much time to shop around the neighborhood. Finally, we still thank the Host for responding to messages in a timely manner, providing such a perfect space for us to live in, and understanding our unexpected last-minute delays and a bunch of last-minute situations, and still giving full support and service. We can only send full thanks and full recommendations!If I have a chance to go to Tokyo again in the future, I will still choose to stay at this place!

Yaya house is Grade A for an Airbnb experience… super clean super convenient awesome host and you get the experience of living amongst the locals… extremely happy… thank you Yaya house ☺️ The house has everything you will need red and the train station, parking and 7/11 are super close. 5 Star Airbnb.

The place is great,specially for big group. We are thankful to the host Ms. Erina, she allowed us to have early check -in. The place is clean and near to the train station. We had a great stay.

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Perfect stay! Extremely close to Oedo line. Walkable distance to Shinjuku. Clean, spacious, safe. Jun was also very kind and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️
