Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

Holy Planet 120㎡, for up to 15 people, AR game, 1 stop to Ikebukuro, 2 stops to Shinjuku
It was better than I thought! Not only did the children enjoy it, but the adults also enjoyed seeing the children in a way that they don't see in their everyday lives. There is also a supermarket nearby, and if you are coming from a rural area, you can buy what you want to eat at the service area on the way and cook it in the kitchen, so you can enjoy one meal in a way that is very different from a typical trip. What you can see inside the Holy Planet is just like being in the universe, and I was able to experience an extraordinary feeling that I had never experienced before.

Hidden Gem in Central Tokyo-family type 3 bedrooms
The place was wonderful and spacious, and in a small neighborhood that felt like an island of peace in otherwise crazy Tokyo. My experience in the neighborhood and the home was wonderful. Everything was labeled. instructions were clear and detailed. recommendations were given with expert knowledge. It was all so very helpful because for an autistic person, Tokyo is simply overwhelming, to the point I almost had a meltdown at places so I stayed in the little neighborhood and around it and had a lovely time seeing the country my mom and grandmother are from. Ben is an amazing and proactive host. He even helped with medical info because I had injured my knee on the first leg of my trip. The Family Mart and little grocery at the end of the street were great, as were the restaurants in the area, and parks. It was always nice to walk in the evenings. Very safe.

Airport transfer service&Asakusa traditional house
We really enjoyed our stay. With two adults and two teenage kids. The Airbnb was exactly as described and was fully appointed. The location is ideal for exploring Asakusa but with quick access to the metro we were able to explore all of Tokyo. And while the location is steps away from the Senso-Ji temple and the shopping district, it is so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Charming House Near Asakusa/SkyTree, Free Bicycle
Terrific stay. House was perfect. Location was in a nice neighbourhood and close enough to travel to tourist areas. Would highly recommend.

Great host! Really responsive and helpful to our group if we had questions regarding the Airbnb. He also provided recommendations on what to do in the surrounding area. Tons of nice food places (cafe+restaurants), second hand to great quality apparel stores within walking distance from the Airbnb.

[Time Guest House]Ueno Asakusa Akihabara Skytree#1
Shi’s place was very homey, spacious, and perfect for a group of four. It had plenty of amenities and felt well-suited for both families and longer stays. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, a nice escape from Tokyo’s bustling areas—but still well connected with convenient transportation options to get there. I’d definitely come back and stay here again!

Great host, great communication. There is construction starting 8:30AM but we are up and going by then anyway so didn't bother us at all.

New Designed Apartment , Shin-Okubo Sta (3)min
I am glad that we have chosen to stay in this airbnb. It is close to all the shops that you need- groceries, convenience stores, drug stores and lots of shopping stores nearby. There is a strong smell of bad odour coming from the laundry area and we had to open the sliding doors for some ventilation. Like most of all the airbnbs in Japan, it is small but has cup boards for storage. Otherwise, it is clean, has all the equipment you need for your stay.

Shinjuku 4 min to Nakano Station, Lucky House(202)
Lovely host, great location. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Well-equipped studio room@Shinjuku

LA401- Shinjuku Designers Flat Good View
In a beautiful, quiet location. So easy to navigate and had many places to eat around it. The train station was a quick walk and we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this place after our long days of adventuring. The room was spacious, the bed was cozy, and being able to do laundry was so helpful. I cannot say enough great things about our stay here, my only regret was not staying longer. We will definitely be booking this again when we come back to Japan.

Shibuya Crossing, Japanese Elegance 303
Great room, spacious, loved the balcony overlooking the Shibuya action. Noise didn't seem to be an issue past 11 pm if that's a concern for you. Would stay again if it's available!

This place feels home, very close to many attractions, walkable to park, grocery and shopping. The host is kind and very helpful, he answered any questions very quickly, we left our jacket host was kind to tell us and fold it and put in near the entrance to pickup. I recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Yoko’s place in Asagaya. She met us personally at the station and introduced us to the apartment. She was very kind and offered us local recommendations for restaurants to try. We held great communication throughout our stay and the apartment met all of our needs. Extremely close to all available travel needs and yet still remained private. We had a great stay. Thank you again Yoko for welcoming us into your home!

#1 Near Shinjuku/Harajuku/Shibuya/Tokyo station
Great location within Nakano Broadway and short walk from Nakano Station. Very convenient being able to get around on the train and a lot of food options within walking steps. The room is very clean and surprisingly quiet, I had no issues sleeping, being next to the market. Would recommend.

Uchimura’s place is excellent. It’s located 1 KM from the nearest station, around 15 minutes walking distance, not a problem for me. We’ve had a pleasant stay, the room beautiful, the host helpful, complete equipment, kitchen, utensils. I’m grateful to Lynn and Uchimura, definitely would stay here again if I ever come to Tokyo.

We had a wonderful stay at Yuka-san's Airbnb in Nakano, Tokyo! Yuka was an incredibly thoughtful host, even leaving a happy birthday card and sweets in the fridge to help us celebrate. The house was spotless, cozy, and perfect for our family's needs. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk from the train station, with tons of great restaraunts and bars nearby. This Airbnb was the perfect place to spend my birthday weekend in Tokyo and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

As myself being born and raised Japanese, I feel very proud of Seiji to represent us and providing a great service to the fellow travelers to Japan and improving the image of our country. The apartment is exactly as it’s described and more. It was the perfect base for my short stay in Tokyo. Thank you again for providing us the great place to stay in Tokyo.

Your guide to Tokyo
All About Tokyo
As world cities go, Japan’s capital is exceptionally captivating in its magnitude and manifold points of interest. As the planet’s most populous metropolis, Tokyo offers world-class dining, endless shopping, a myriad of attractions, and dozens of landmarks. While Shibuya Crossing flickers with foot traffic and large video screens to showcase the city’s modern buzz, Tokyo’s many green spaces provide a serene contrast, especially at Shinjuku Gyo-en National Garden, a 144-acre park overflowing with verdant lawns, flowers, and over 1,500 cherry trees.
A trove of museums provide travelers windows into Japanese history, art, architecture, food, and culture. Explore the collection of scale models of historic Tokyo in the Edo Tokyo Museum and enjoy the unique trappings of the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum, celebrating Japan’s national dish. Sushi bars, theme parks, cutting-edge fashion boutiques, and more await in this multifarious megalopolis, providing a perfect homebase and lots of options for your Tokyo rental.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Tokyo
While there’s never a bad time to visit Tokyo, an ideal time to visit is in the early spring or the fall. The climate is more temperate during the equinoxes, as opposed to the middle of summer, which can be hot and humid — as high as 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The colorful red and orange foliage peaks in mid November and offers a serene atmosphere in autumn, when many visitors flock to Ueno-koen Park and Yoyogi-koen Park. In the spring, bright reds are replaced with lush pinks when the cherry blossom trees come to life. Blooming season is from mid-late March through early-mid April, though make sure that you check the specific year’s predictions for the exact location you are traveling to prior to your trip to ensure you visit within the best timeframe.

Oedo Antique Market
Explore Japan’s largest outdoor antique market, the Oedo Antique Market, which takes place twice a month in the courtyard of the Tokyo International Forum in the central Tokyo area of Marunouchi. Senso-Ji
Experience Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, the Senso-Ji, located in Asakusa. Seno-Ji occupies the site of the original temple which was established in 645 AD, nearly 1,400 years ago. Between the Kaminarimon (or “Thunder Gate”) and the five-story pagoda within the complex, the majesty of traditional Japanese architecture is on full display. The vicinity of the site maintains the atmosphere of the temple grounds, featuring shops and eateries offering traditional cuisine.
Tokyo Skytree
Enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo from atop the glass-walled observation deck of the Tokyo Skytree, the tallest structure in Tokyo and second tallest in the world at 2,080 feet. Combining neo-futurist and traditional design elements, the structure is also magnificent to view from the ground as well. At night, LEDs light up the outer latticework of the tower to create an unforgettable visual experience.
