Nice location with only a few minutes drive into Østersund Sentrum. Nice hiking area and opportunities to fish down by the jetty that is nearby. A hospitable and pleasant host who responded quickly to inquiries.

Nice nice place, not too far from the city (about 10 min by car), but still quiet. The shower is located in an extra building, but the toilet is located in the house. There were also glasses, plates, etc., all. On December 31st, I was even invited to celebrate with you. Nice little attention but I wanted to be something for myself but was grateful and positively surprised that I was asked. Also, I have to apologize again for not leaving the place quite clean, I did not look at the clock and then suddenly it was late, for example, a few plates are still unwashed in the sink, for example, I'm sorry. Unfortunately, a negative point is that the DanCenter, who works on behalf of the host, only responds with standard messages and is hardly available or responds. The host on site is really helpful. All in all it was definitely worth it 👍🏼

We stayed in the great apartment for a week. We were 100% satisfied. Very clean, good beds, nice garden, great bathroom, modern kitchen with everything you need. Patrick is a very friendly person. Thank you very much

Fantastic nice turn of the century house with beautiful surroundings and views. Nice with such a spacious house. As a family, we could really enjoy using the large areas that the house offers, and we slept so well in the really comfortable beds. In addition, there was a crib for our smallest. The location feels private and peaceful yet a minute walk to grocery store. Also walking distance to a nice beach. Large grassy areas for lots of kids jumping and huge balcony with incredible views. Welcoming and nice treatment by the host Jan-Åke. Quick response and easy to communicate. We really recommend this special home that has that extra that you want!!!!

Our recent family stay at Marie's and Gösta's house over the winter holidays was absolutely great. The house itself, the facilities, surrounding area and nature were all we could hope for and more. It allowed us to really disconnect from work, enjoy family time, and come back refreshed. We could have moved right in and stayed much longer, it was perfect. We can only highly recommend the house and our hosts, it was truly one of the best stay's we had in many years. Thank you once again.

Annelie was a perfect hostess, happy, nice and helpful. The house is very nice with forest on one side and beautiful views of Ljusnan and mountains on the other side. Everything was in good condition, clean and cosily furnished. A perfect place for peaceful mornings with the fire going and some billiards with the kids. After the ski slope, it was just as lovely with the fireplace, music and nice hanging on the sofa. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in Ingela's house. She was always available. The apartment is on a beautiful hillside location and big enough to welcome the new year with the family. The communication with Ingela was always friendly, so any issues caused by power outages or a broken water supply could be quickly resolved. Unfortunately, the address is not entered correctly in AirBNB. Here you could, for example, work with coordinates in order to be able to find the house easier on arrival. We were also very happy about the champagne reception.

We had a wonderful week in Åre. We were looking for a real winter - we got it. In addition to that we enjoyed the wonderful house, the stunning view and the comfort and high quality equipment the house has to offer. We felt very comfortable there. Henrik was an excellent host. Always reachable, he helped where questions were and he knew where to go and where ro buy stuff. Surely it feels like a „need-to-come-back-stay“. Thank you so much.

Few places can accommodate two families of five people each. This house has great spots for sleeping for all of us, and the kids were very happy about their own space downstairs. The dining table easily sits ten as well.

Very beautiful and stylish cabin with all the comforts for a successful holiday in the mountains. We (5 people) enjoyed this spacious home with a very nice view of the mountains. We stayed 1 week over New Year 2025. Easy to get by car to Åres and Björnes lifts within a few minutes. The host communicates very well and is helpful. We would be glad to come back.

Large and great house in a nice location if you are there in connection with Storsjøcupen, as we were. Very nice outdoor area and short distance to swimming area, which we unfortunately did not get to use due to bad weather. Good communication with the host Maria, who had provided a pleasant welcome to us. 😊 Clean and tidy house and space for several cars parked outside. Recommended 😊

We had a very pleasant stay at Kristin's place. Good communication and flexible check in made arrival a breeze. Kristin's villa is magical and idyllically located on Storsjøen. Private beach, large garden and an inviting porch. Practical house with lots of beds. We can highly recommend Kristin and Villa Lugnvik to those who want a quiet stay with a short distance into the city center.

Large and cozy house with a lot of space. Amazing outdoor area, perfect place to bring children.

We spent a full week in Cecilia's and Sebastian's house and enjoyed every minute here! Our kids (14 and 17 years old) liked the trampoline and the possibility to easily go for a swim in the nearby lake. The terrace is vast and well equipped. The view from the dining table is fantastic and each of us also liked the cosy places inside the house where you can read etc. We would love to come back here sometime!

Firstly, our host was excellent! Very responsive and she gave us loads of fantastic recommendations for places to eat, swim, walk, and more. Secondly, the house itself is stunning and very well equipped. The images are lovely, but they do not do the property justice. The attention to detail on the decor was incredible. It felt so cosy and homely, while being beautifully styled in every single room. Little details like the lighting in each space made the house so cosy at night. We didn't want to leave! FYI - They are building a Sauna. The location is also fantastic, with a view over the river and woodlands. During our stay, we saw Roe deer and what we believe was a Golden Eagle soaring over the river. For us it was perfect for our ski trip, as it was close enough to town to drive, whilst feeling secluded and surrounded by nature at the same time. If you are considering multiple accommodation options in the area, stay here! You won't be disappointed.

We visited this Home during May. total of 5 family and the House was beautiful outside and inside. all rooms and kitchen and living room are specious and exact the same as shown in Pictures. kitchen was equipped with plenty of utencils and stuff which can be useful and easy to manage. Rooms are having beautiful view from everywhere and properly arranged. however we need to take bedsheets, towels and bathroom essentials but overall it was all included. Jacuzzi was spot on, we all enjoyed. Instructions were clear and Host was responsive and We enjoyed every moment of stay there. we recommend this place to everyone. Book it if it is available as you will enjoy every bit of it. There were Kids stuff also which makes them happier. Although we didn't use Barbeque due to weather but it will be good to use in summer times. we will definitely visit this place again during Winter and enjoy even more. thanks for managing this beautiful Home.
