The place is exactly as in the pictures. A peaceful stay for those looking to disconnect and connect with nature. The sunset is magnificent and the view of the lagoon is amazing. Communication was great and we had no problems checking in.

The house is even better than in the photos! Impeccably clean and organized. The view from the gourmet area is a spectacle in itself. We love the jacuzzi and all the amenities in the area! In addition, the host offers the comfort of buying drinks at the property. We took our small dog and it was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

The way we were received by Marcelo made everything even more special and light! We went to Pipa to celebrate our wedding, and Marcelo and Krishna were super attentive to us from the first contact. On the day of the ceremony, they surprised us with a sweet treat and a letter full of affection congratulating us. A simple gesture, but one that made us very happy. This house was part of a unique moment in our life, and being welcomed like this made all the difference. Gratitude! We'll be back for sure. 💛

The house is the same as the photos. It was just me and my husband, but the house accommodates many more people comfortably. The barbecue area is very cool for socializing with more people.

Thank the host who accommodated us very well, the apartment was very beautiful, cozy, close to the main tourist attractions, an important differential was having a hair dryer and individual shampoo in the shower, I forgot mine at home and it saved my hair, it was very dirty, I washed and brushed it right there, I 🫶🏻 will always come back, it is highly recommended.

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend!

The Apartment is wonderful, the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy. The location is very good.

The stay was perfect, from arrival to departure. Aurora was attentive throughout the period we were in her apartment. By the way, the apartment is beautiful and very well located, clean and complete with all the utensils, we didn't miss anything. Just leave the building a few meters away, and we're already on the beach. Quiet and peaceful place and close to everything (if you are driving). My son likes swimming pools and the one in the building is a sight to behold. You can walk to several beaches. There were three days of rest and leisure. Thanks Aurora, for sharing your apartment.

I and my husband stayed in Daniel's accommodation for 7 days and everything was perfect! Condomínio well located, close to the center and main avenue de Pipa. There are many restaurants, you can do EVERYTHING from APÉ! Go to the beach, groceries, stroll in the village, all very quiet and safe. The Condominium Bar and Restaurant is outstanding! Very whimsy in everything they offer, even a simple açaí in the bowl, great quality.. It's well worth it and we don't think it's expensive. We'll be back for sure!!

The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Its prime location near the waterfront means you're just steps from the beach. In addition, Parque Dona Lindu is super close, offering a great place for family outings. This accommodation is especially suitable for those who spend most of their time exploring and only need a comfortable and convenient place to return and sleep.

The condominium is quiet and safe, great for those traveling with children. The leisure area is perfect, with stunning views. As for Claudiene's space, everything is very clean, organized and cozy. There were 6 of us and it accommodated us perfectly (it would even accommodate more people comfortably). Five-star host. We loved the stay and plan to come back for sure.

Excellent accommodation, in the middle of nature, perfect for those looking to rest and connect. ✨ The surroundings of the property are excellent for walking, with many trees and preserved nature. Excellent bedding, towels and pillows. My only reservation is about some specific details: there could be at least one more dish towel and bathroom/kitchen mats. In addition to some cleaning supplies available for those who will spend more than one day. For those who like to cook, it makes a difference. The experience was very worth it!
