I had difficulty finding accommodation in the Pipa Center that offered more than one room, but I ended up finding this perfect place with two en-suites. Very cozy space, clean, safe and with everything you needed. I liked everything, it even has a solarium with a barbecue and a beautiful little square that overlooks the sea, great for hanging in a hammock or chatting with friends/family. The common area of the condominium is very green, the pool is great and I loved jumping into it after the beach. The location of the chalet is privileged, in the very center of Pipa near the central square and the Ladeira inn. In addition, the host was great, a very nice and attentive person. I had a really nice stay, everything here is a 10!

The house has a great location, a street away from the main street, in front of a trail that gives access to the beach of love and with a privileged view of the downtown beach. Communication with the hostess is very easy, she lives next door, and any mishap she is available to resolve. For those who like to make their meals at home, the kitchen is well equipped both to make and to serve, and can even set the table on the terrace. During the day the house is a little stuffy, but it has a great shower, being a full plate for those who like barbecue and slab! I'm sure I'll come back for more opportunities!

Best stay at Pipa Beach. The house is 20 meters from the main street. Very close!! From to do everything on foot. Located in a very quiet street, the house is very charming and comfortable. I highly recommend it. Ana is a sweetheart. Always willing to help, give you very good tips on what to do, where to eat and where to enjoy the evening. We are scheduling our next stay at the house.

Irany was an excellent host. The space is very pleasant, organized and spacious. Very good for those who want to do tourism in the region, as it is well located and close to the beach and historic center. Super recommend it and I will be back for sure.

Super nice place to stay in Joao Pessoa! You will have a seaview, and a quiet place. The area is very save and the Appartment is 3 minutes walk from a Mall. I can give a 100% recommendation!

The apartment is beautiful, clean and organized, it has a cozy feel as well as the building in general. Roberta is extremely helpful and always willing to help with any questions. I would definitely stay again, the facilities are complete and have everything that is in the photos.

The stay was quiet, Dilma well requests. As for the location, there are even some grocery stores in the neighborhood, but even the market is about 15 minutes walking the most about is the Trevo. I managed to get around to the beach and other sights of Uber. There are two observations first, it is good to put a blackout curtain in the room because the perceana does not cover 100% and at 5 am the sun already invades the room and the bed needs a mattress because the base is a bit hard.

My stay was wonderful! The place was clean, organized and very cozy. The location is excellent and made my travels much easier. Paulo was attentive, responded quickly to all messages and gave great tips about the region. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to those looking for comfort and convenience!

The guesthouse is beautiful, the decor of the rooms and bathrooms impeccable. We stayed in a room for 4 people with two bathrooms that made the stay much more comfortable and functional. The pool is always in the sun which makes the water temperature super nice every time. Super kind hosts! 😘

The house is beautiful and super comfortable. Graça's reception was fantastic, she was very attentive and both check-in and check-out were flexible as to the times. Breakfast is great too!

Comfort in the rooms: Comfortable beds, dark and air-conditioned rooms. Negative Aspects The lack of clear guidance over the closed door at night caused discomfort. Pool: It could be cleaner; cloudy water and waste have discouraged use. Overall, the stay was great, with service, comfort and cost-effectiveness as highlights. Small adjustments would make the perfect experience!

Very good hospitality from Inga. She gave us a lot of information about tours and street shows to see. Everything could be reached on foot. Very nice pool in the heart of Olinda. Very good breakfast, she adapts to what you want to have in the morning. We highly recommend it.
