we spent 5 days in Mr. Leonardo's apartment, and we were very well received. I felt at home, very quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach, supermarkets and bakery. Not to mention that it is a very central neighborhood. It's about the apartment and it's very comfortable, organized and clean. It left nothing to be desired...

Gabriel was extremely kind and willing to help with whatever I needed, I'm super grateful to him. The rental was super complete, it has many cleaning things, kitchen things that were ideal and dreamed of for any chef, a super large bathroom with hot water in the shower, it has two large rooms with closets, sheets and 4 towels, even a guitar in the room!! It's really comfortable, I recommend it. And something to highlight, the security of the entrance to the condominium and the parking space and a 24-hour pantry with digital payment that serves for basic things that is great to get out of trouble, which is inside the condominium.

The Daniela property is just amazing. It's not the first time we've been staying and once again it was very enjoyable. Very kind and friendly host. The flat was very clean and organized. Around there is everything you need, bars, restaurants, conveniences… My husband and I need to work, and we managed peacefully, very good internet and silence inside the apartment helped a lot. I recommend it again and I will come back many times.

Apartment with an excellent location, comfortable, cozy, fully air-conditioned and with a spectacular view. The beach is excellent and you just have to cross the street to be able to walk and or enjoy the delicious and quiet Bessa beach. Bakery, supermarket and pharmacy are very close. We'll be back, for sure!

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and hygiene essentials on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I have nothing to complain about. 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets in the whirlpool area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a larger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it is just a suggestion.

The stay at Hans' house was simply unforgettable! It couldn't be better, and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, allowing a unique exchange of ideas with the house's own designer, Hans. We were completely enchanted by the house and its structure, in addition to being a true refuge in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The house also has a perfect area for projections, providing unique experiences. We hiked to the beach in front and the scenery is literally a paradise! Hans was super attentive and anticipated all our needs. He even ordered a pizza for us, since we arrived late, in addition to giving several incredible tips about the region, those that only those who really know the place could offer. In addition, we received a gift for life, a friend (Hans). Without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

This place has a soul. It's one of those spaces that are not only inhabited, but felt. The surfer vibe is in every corner: the breeze coming in through the windows, the sound of the sea nearby, the careful but relaxed details… Nothing is left to chance, everything invites you to stay. To flow. To shift down a gear. I felt right at home from day one (this is the second year I've booked it for a long stay). It has everything you need (and more) to live comfortably, cook delicious food, rest deeply and go out surfing as if you were a local. It's simple, but with a vibe. With soul. Just the way I like it. I would go back a thousand times...

Our stay was WONDERFUL. We went as a family, 11 people, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. The place is a DREAM, the view is wonderful, the house is extremely clean, organized, comfortable furniture, kitchen equipped with everything, the Jacuzzi is wonderful, impeccable decoration (everything thought out to the smallest details). The condominium is perfect for morning walks, heated pools, playgrounds, treehouses… it makes you want to live there. The host is very polite, accessible, excellent service. And there is a huge difference, FABIANA❤️, she is the house secretary, a wonderful person, helpful, super polite, makes extremely tasty food, you can even put together a menu, take the ingredients and she prepares everything! Oh, the internet is super fast too, so you can work from home without any problems. It was an amazing experience. Everyone loved it.

We were delighted with Alex's receptivity, always available to assist us. As for the house, I can say that comfort is present in the smallest details, Alex proved to be very dedicated to serving guests. We will definitely come back more often.

The house is very good, pleasant, it was clean and fragrant, the location is excellent, close to the center just right, and far enough away to keep it calm. The owners are always helpful and respond super fast to any questions we had. The house has everything we need for cooking, pots, coffee maker, barbecue. Our only complaints are about only having one suite, and about the mosquitoes and insects, but we understand that this does not depend on the owners because it is an environment with a lot of forest around. Ideal house to rest. Very top!

The kitchen is complete, with pots, a frying pan, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a thermos for coffee. There is a clothesline on the balcony, an iron and an ironing board. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll be back more often. Thank you!
