The holidays in Paraíba were days of great joy. The apartment was the perfect choice. Clean... organized. With everything we needed. Clean and fragrant bed linens... anyway, the whole family loved it and is already thinking about coming back.

The Flat is very cozy, a quiet location, close to everything you need, it has everything we need around us and Darcylio is very helpful, he gave us all the right institutions, I will return more often!!!!

I went with my family and we loved it. The Flat, the Location to walk to various places. I just don't recommend it for couples with pets. Because the condominium does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, in order not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns for the pool and other areas. But if you go in a group like me, you can take turns and everyone can enjoy it. We took advantage of it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case, that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

Hosting was top notch. The view from the bedroom window is sensational. The building needs some renovations and structural improvements, but nothing that compromises the interior of the apartment.

The apartment is amazing, it accommodated my family perfectly (there were 6 of us), in addition to the great location, close to supermarkets, malls, restaurants, local fairs and especially the beach, I highly recommend it!

The room is very cozy and gives a taste of home. Very clean room with great cleaning, with trash change. Careful and helpful hostess. He gave the directions in advance, with arrival instructions that were very useful for transportation. He even fixed the minibar, which we hadn't even mentioned was off and we couldn't turn it on ourselves. We loved it!

It has everything you need (and more) to live comfortably, cook delicious food, rest deeply and go out surfing as if you were a local. It's simple, but with a vibe. With soul. Just the way I like it. Staying at Fabio's house was an amazing experience, the house is beautiful, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The location is great and the front beach is wonderful. Fabio was always very helpful and communicative. I stayed with my friends and we only have compliments.

I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.
