I spent the period of the São João of 2024 on the property of Mr. Rodrigo and I will only give 5 stars because there is no way to give 6. Rodrigo is the best possible host. He quickly answered my questions, always helpful, flexible, precise in the instructions, tips and directions and perfectly describes the location he is offering. We had only one occurrence that was one of the electric showers to have burned (which is something impossible to predict) but a short time later it already had a totally new shower and an expert to do the installation. The house was completely clean, organized, and impeccable to welcome me and my friends/family. The access lane is of rammed earth and depending on the season may have holes, but it does not compromise the experience, it rained in the period I was there and I had no trouble getting in and out due to the roads. The condominium is beautiful, clean and with a very well-kept garden, it gives that feeling of being at home. Returning to Gravatá I will no doubt stay here.

The house is wonderful! Beautiful, large, spacious, identical to the photos, very well equipped with everything we need in the kitchen and more. The pool is very good, has a deep area and two shallow areas for children. And the housekeeper, Henrique, very nice and helpful, helped us in everything and even gave us some pampering, we really liked him! I highly recommend this house, excellent value for money, quiet place, plenty of privacy, very good for having parties or going to rest with the family.

Our stay at Borris and Rogério's was great. From the first contact, they were always very attentive and kind. It's easy to see the care with which they take care of everything there, from the house to the garden and all the details of the space. The house is beautiful, cozy and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. We worked most of the time, and it was perfect to be able to do it with silence, tranquility and an internet that worked really well. And you can even take a dip in the pool during breaks! We weren't driving, but even though it was a little further from the center, that was never a problem. We like to walk, and when we preferred, it was easy to take a taxi or Uber. We were also able to order groceries from the market with delivery, which made it a lot easier. We'll miss the quiet days at the house and the visits from the dogs 💛

Alessandro and Isabel are great hosts, always available. My family loved the condominium and the leisure area of the house is amazing.

Eduardo is extremely helpful and attentive. We had scheduled a date and the day before we had a problem that prevented the trip, he was extremely understanding and kind in rescheduling. In addition, he always responded quickly, and the day before he sent the location and directions on how to get to the house, which is even a 7-minute drive from the center and has super easy access (a straight). Finally, the famous diarist D. Joelma was unfortunately ill on the date we went, but her sister (D. Ane) did her job very similarly to the comments we saw, being kind, discreet and available, keeping the whole space always clean, preparing our breakfast and assisting in the preparation of dinner/lunch, very valid to have her services. Anyway, me and our whole group of 12 more people, we felt at home at Nossa Senhora das Graças, and we intend to return.

This was literally the best experience I’ve had on Airbnb. The place is amazing and the host was extremely responsive and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. And the place was so beautiful I couldn’t believe it.

I am already a card customer, whenever I go to GRAVATÁ it is the perfect place to stay, very quiet, easy access and very close to the center. Ideal for a group of friends or family. It is the environment you want to enjoy in a COTTAGE. Very cozy.

The condominium is amazing, offers many leisure options, has a market nearby and is about a 5-minute drive from the center. This was our second stay at Ana's country house. We had an excellent family weekend. Ana is a wonderful host, super nice, communicative and friendly. Her assistant Vanusa is also equally pleasant. The house has 6 bedrooms, and had everything we needed in the kitchen during our stay. Both very attentive and quick to resolve any setbacks. I highly recommend it and plan to return again as soon as I can. Thank you very much Ana!

I loved the stay! Suitable place to rest and fully disconnect from urban life. Host Amanda available at all times. We were greeted with many mimics: local and seasonal fruits placed on the table and rooms flavored with lavender. It's a place to feel at home! Qualityware and utensils. Very wooded town. View of the enchanting valley and a trail to the wonderful creek. I went in a cold season in the region and took a lot of advantage from the fireplace; the accommodation has an adult and children's pool that caters well in the summer. Ah! It has a charming space around the sensational campfire. I took my pets and it made a difference for us. It has a housekeeper available to assist us: he is very sociable and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Seu Luiz (the owner) that he did not wish for. I will return with my family to this location for sure.

We had an extremely pleasant stay, the house is very cozy and well equipped. Gabi was very solicitous in relation to our demands and we were very well received by the housekeeper. The only point I could say is that the arrival at the house through the waze can be a little tricky because of the signal on the road, but following the instructions sent by Gabi, if you arrive quietly. As a whole it was a very good experience and I definitely recommend the house.
