Very quiet place, spacious house, beautiful garden, it is a little far from the center of Pipa, but by car it becomes fast. For those who like tranquility and quiet, it's wonderful. I loved it.

The stay, although short, was impeccable! Everything clean and organized. I didn't need to use the kitchen, but I was surprised at how complete it is: blender, air fryer, various utensils, cooler, coffee maker, etc. The air-conditioning was working perfectly and the flat had plenty of towels available, as well as an iron and hairdryer. Amazing!

I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

Wonderful accommodation, overlooking the sea. Quick and practical Check-in. Receptive and kind reception staff, they went after water for us because everything was already closed when we arrived. The room is very cozy and gives a taste of home. Very clean room with great cleaning, with trash change. Careful and helpful hostess. He gave the directions in advance, with arrival instructions that were very useful for transportation. He even fixed the minibar, which we hadn't even mentioned was off and we couldn't turn it on ourselves. We loved it!

I went with my family and we loved it. The Flat, the Location to walk to various places. I just don't recommend it for couples with pets. Because the condominium does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, in order not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns for the pool and other areas. But if you go in a group like me, you can take turns and everyone can enjoy it. We took advantage of it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case, that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

My experience was wonderful! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — modern, well decorated and comfortable. The solarium area with a private Jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing after the tours. The cleanliness was impeccable and the structure met my needs very well, with a well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and good Wi-Fi connection. The location was also excellent: in a quiet area, but minutes away from downtown Pipa and beaches. The host was attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I recommend it!
