It’s close to walking/cycling routes along old china clay trails too, & not far from The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens Of Heligan, plus famous Harbour villages:- Mevagissey, Charlestown, Fowey & Looe, with their abundance of eateries & artisan craft shops. The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden. Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.
